DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
What was advertised as a sweater was a polyester fleece cheap shirt that I ordered on November 1 2025 and did not receive until 01-03-2026! I feel very mislead by what they consider a sweater, I bought them as gifts for friends, they never arrived in time! This is my first ever one star review of any company. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered a Christmas sweater on Dec 4. It is currently Jan 12 and I have not received it. The last update received from the shipping company was Jan 2 and the package was supposedly in Laramie, Wyoming. I live near Philadelphia.

TOTALLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY! When I ordered a Christmas sweater from this company, they overcharged me by $10 right off the bat, the site claimed the product would arrive before Christmas, and as of New Year’s Eve, it hasn’t even left Chinese customs. I’ve asked for a refund several times and have been denied. This company takes no responsibility for their bad products or services, and apparently have no problem at all lying to the customer to make a sale. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else

Completamente inaffidabili.
Fatto un ordine per un maglione, mai arrivato.
Non so a chi abbiano affidato la spedizione in Italia, ma qui i corrieri, per quanto odiosi, funzionano sempre, quando viene dato loro un indirizzo giusto.
Inutile che dicano di contattare il "dipartimento di delivery locale", che tra l'altro, non si sa nemmeno quale sia. Metterò in mano la cosa alle forze dell'ordine, mi sono stati sottratti 29 €, e solo tante scuse. Non finisce qui.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with online purchases. First off, The way they are set up, if you hit the wrong button, you make a purchase. So when I saw that my cart was being processed, I immediately sent an email canceling my order. This was not hours or days, literally like 3 minutes, when they responded a couple hours later, they said it was too late and my order had already shipped. I was furious, but accepted it... then they arrived. Their items were NOTHING like they show in the website. Everything was low quality material, and some of the prints even overlapped. The Darth Vader on one of my items didn't even have a face, it was so off. I immediately contacted them again, and they wanted to give me $4 off, not even $4 off each item, but just $4 on an order of over $150. I refused, they eventually brought it to $16, which was still unacceptable. I wanted a full refund and they could have their crappy merchandise back. I had to contact PayPal, because they were refusing. PayPal said I had to return the items and I would be fully refunded. I went to return the items and it was $143 to ship them back...to get a refund of $150, so I would have been at a loss for $143. I reached out over and over again, and they refused to respond. So I am basically stuck with 4 terrible quality items from them. They are scammers, AVOID THEM!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Ordered an item on accident as I couldn't find a date of arrival. Clicked ahead to next page but that also made me confirm my purchase. Immediately went back my PayPal to cancel it. Was asked to contact them. I did all within minutes of purchase to cancel it. 5 hours later, a reply from them asking me why and what they can do only to find out the next email is that its too late and being ready for shipping. No it's not. Should've just canceled it instead of asking why. Now I'm back with PayPal and they reimbursed me. I guess I'll see if their item arrive or not. Crappy customer service. Don't bother.

Ordered a Christmas jumper came with the a jumbled bunch of letters and they are telling me got what I ordered haha

I ordered a Christmas sweater from their website. It took ~3 weeks to get to me. Upon opening it, I noticed some of the wording wasn't in English. 2 of the letters weren't even letters in the English alphabet. They have refused to refund me or make this correct. They have offered me $9 in return for my frustration on something they charged me $47 for. Avoid this retailer at ALL COSTS!

Der bestellte Pulli ist absoluter Trash. Er ist sehr schlecht geschnitten und das Material scheint irgendwie lufdichter Plastik zu sein.

I would give 0 if I could. This company generates AI garbage. I ordered a xmas sweater that was supposed to have a phrase printed on it. The phrase was garbled symbols. Made no sense. Obviously AI generated. Horrible material. Trying to get a refund from the company is a nightmare - and obviously handled by a bot. They offered a $5 refund at first, then $10 - just have your bank do a chargeback instead.

Super unseriöses Unternehmen. Billige Qualität und schlechter Kundenservice. Rückerstattung kaum möglich. Dachte erst, es wäre ein Scam, weil bei paypal ein anderer Händler angezeigt wurde und nicht purshoadex.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Messaged this company about placing an order, took a week to get a response. The response was a probably a AI generated response since it didn’t even address my initial email. Emailed them back and have yet to hear back from them, Chinese company pretending to do legitimate business in US so guess I should’ve expected a “hit-or-miss” experience. Read all the rest of the reviews on this company then spend your money elsewhere.

Do NOT buy shirts from this company! Very poor quality. Shirt was poorly printed and unreadable. I sent a pic of the shirt I received compared to the pic on their website to show the difference and they first said there was no problem than later offered a $7 discount or a refund if I ship the shirt back to China at my expense which is more than the shirt cost.

Bought 4 shirts, 3 of them very blurry print and the 4th is literally unwearable, ultra pixelated image and over that blurry. They only refunded 8$ for the complete purchase. DO NOT BUY THEM ANYTHING! Shipping time super slow.

I submitted an order for a shirt on 6/16 and received an order confirmation email on 6/17 that the order had been confirmed. On 6/19 I started getting tracking status emails saying the item had left the UK, and each day or so I’d get another email that it had made it to Edinburgh, passed UK customs, etc. even to this day, on 7/13, I’m still receiving these order status updates telling me it’s made it to US customs, has been released from US customs etc.

Problem is, it’s all fabricated. Just completely made up tracking info, for — I have no idea.

After registering a complaint with PayPal, the company responded with a 17track number and link that shows the order wasn’t even received in the warehouse until 6/30.

As of today, it claims it has been passed off 10 times to some “delivery station” in Los Angelas, since 7/4.

Even if I do actually receive the product at some point, this company should get blocked by card merchants, PayPal, etc - simply for how unethical its communications and tracking site - which I can only assume is some Chinese company hoax website, to try and convince purchasers that they didn’t order something from China. It just makes no sense.

Zur Zeit taucht in den sozialen Medien aggressiv Werbung von PURSHOADEX auf, In meinem Fall wurde mit - zugegebenermaßen -ausgefallenen Freizeithemden mit Star Wars Motiven geworben. Auf den ersten Blick sah das Angebot seriös aus. Die Preise waren in Dollar angegeben, daher ging ich davon aus, dass der Händler in den USA sitzt, wo ich öfter bestelle.

Die Auswahl der Motive war groß und vielfältig mit Größenangaben von S bis 5XL. Ich suchte vergeblich nach einer Größentabelle mit Maßen. Es gab auch nirgends Hinweise auf Versandkosten.

Ich legte zwei Hemden, die mir gefielen, in den Warenkorb und fand dort auch die Versandkosten von entweder $13 für Normalversand oder $16 für Schnellversand. Ich bezahlte die Ware via PayPal ca. $65, denn ich ging davon aus, dass PURSHOADEX in den USA sitzt und alles seine Richtikeit hat!

DAS WAR EIN FEHLER!!!

Ich erhielt eine Bestellbestätigung und dort tauchten das erste Mal die chinesischen Schriftzeichen auf! Da ich zuhauf Horrorrezensionen über lightinthebox, aliexpress, temu usw. gelesen hatte, fuhr mir der Schreck gehörig in die Glieder.

Ich suchte, fand aber keine deutschsprachigen Bewertungen über PURSHOADEX. Dafür wurde ich nach längerer Suche bei englischsprachigen Bewertungen fündig und diese waren definitiv nicht gut. Es ist die Rede von schlechter Qualität und bis zur Unkenntlichkeit verpixelten Drucken bei dafür zu hohen Preisen, viel zu kleinen Größen und falschen Größenangaben, langen Lieferzeiten und Problemen mit Rücksendungen und schlechten Service! Der China-Klassiker eben!

Diese Firma scheint völlig neu und unbekannt in Deutschland zu sein.
Daher schreibe ich diese Bewertung, denn PURSHOADEX spielt bereits im Angebot nicht mit offenen Karten.

VORSICHT!!! Ich würde hier nicht mehr bestellen. Lassen Sie sich von den bunten Bildchen nicht einfangen!

WARNING! Do not buy from Purshoadex. They do not take accountability for their product and shipping errors. The shirts are marked the size you ordered, but dont match the size chart. Clearly out of the package 3 of the 4 shirts are 3 sizes smaller. They play games trying to offer you a small fraction of a refund saying it would be very expensive for you to return for a error they made LOL.

I bought 2 shirts from this place. Not only were they not the color I wanted, but the design was so blurry and pixelated you couldn't identify what is was. This company is out of Asia so I am sure it is going to cost more money that I originally paid to ship back the shirts. DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

Ordered a shirt through them .I was so exited when it came. Then the nightmare began it was way to small. I reached out to them and they said the cost to ship is too much. They want to refund me $7 on the $45 I paid. I would tell anyone who is thinking about ordering from them to run as fast as you can from them. Absolutely horrible company

I bought two Shirts, that ended up being too small even though I went up a size. I asked to return them but the return request was denied but the did offer me $5.00 and went on to tell me that I should find someone to give the shirts to.
