Very slow deliver, When the dress finally arrived it was not at all what was advertised. It is not a sweater dress it is cheap polyester that smells very strong of chemicals. Very disappointed.. Do not waste your money this should have been $9.95 at a discount cheap clothing store.

I placed a $99.00 order on 10/23/25 and have never rent items. I’ve emailed the company twice and have not received a response yet. Today 12/4/25 I contacted my bank to see if they can do a chargeback.

Be careful with sizing. My wife tried on the dress, found it was too small. We requested one size up, but did not receive an email with an RMA number or a return instructions.(address). The company wanted a photograph to make sure that clothing wasn’t worn, but how can you tell if it’s the right size without trying it on? A shame, my wife liked the quality and overall appearance of the dress.

I placed my order 8 weeks ago. I keep getting emails to rate my product but i don't have it. Anytime I try to track the items, the website won't open.

I see bad reviews but with me everything was ok order arrived in 10 days in a bag , size was slightly off but material was ok so yes im happy

The product is not as described. I reached out for a return and no one has contacted me.

I contacted customer support several times and only got an automated response that did not answer my issue. The order was the wrong color, I caught it immediately and wanted to change the color. Got no help. I was then asked for feedback on how my experience was and I haven't even gotten the item. So far, I haven't had any luck with this supplier. Now I am going to get an item that won't be taken back for full price. I bet I will be offered a discounted price to keep it cause it is too expensive to send back.

I thought the quality of the dresses was not great and when I tried to return them, I got a return address in China, which cost more to return them than the dresses did. Horrible product, Horrible customer service and Horrible Return policy!!! Consumer beware - do not buy from this company! Complete scam!

Tried reaching out to inquire about return policy. Received 1/2 my shipment thus far. Plus side, received it in a timely manner. The fit was different than what the video shows (the high slit on this skirt is not wearable!)and the quality was a big disappointment. I've only received an automatic response to email which didn't address my inquiry. Then I received this reminder email to let them know how they're doing. Maybe I'll hear back from this comment 🤷🏻‍♀️

My purchase was but one get one free. This did not happen. The company offered a feeble 50% off the next purchase. I have a feeling this is their standard procedure. The item delivered did not look like advertised. It was flimsy and cheap looking. The return option is for the buyer to pay for sending the item all the way back to China. In short - they are awful and I will not be doing any more business with them.

As a matter of fact, I posted all over Facebook to not do business with this company.

This company runs a fraudulent operation.products are not what they appear in advertisement. And then when received, and not up to the expectation of their false advertising scheme, they charge you for shipping back to China and only for store credit.

received item and material is not like described. Can not return as you don't answer email or phone I cant seem to talk with anyone.
