What Relief!!
For nearly a year following an accident, I struggled with severe rotator cuff pain and limited shoulder mobility. Unfortunately, the treatment I received through my GP referral was limited and made little impact.
After just two appointments with Ismael Diallo in Derby, the difference has been remarkable. I can’t thank him enough for how professional and helpful he has been—he truly has the 'Midas touch' and is a credit to the organisation. On top of that, booking appointments and communicating with Pure Physiotherapy has been seamless throughout.

Exceptional friendly and professional appointments
I cannot recommend this physiotherapy service highly enough. Following a very traumatic accident where a lorry drove into my vehicle on the motorway, I needed physiotherapy to help me recover from the injuries and discomfort I was experiencing.
I attended seven sessions with Adil Moosakutty and throughout my treatment he made me feel completely at ease. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely caring. Each session was tailored to my individual needs, and Adil took the time to explain the treatment clearly and answer any questions I had.
I noticed a real improvement over the course of my sessions, both physically and in my confidence driving again. I was given helpful advice and exercises to continue my recovery between appointments, which made me feel that my progress was being properly supported.
After what had been a very difficult and frightening experience, having such a supportive and professional physiotherapy made a huge difference to my recovery. I am extremely grateful for the care and treatment I received from Adil and would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone needing physiotherapy.

Since starting with pure physiotherapy…my muscles have started to reappear
Since starting with pure physiotherapy I have gone from having about 20 percent movement in my right shoulder to about 75/80 percent movement and it now feels much stronger , and with the excercise app my back has got a lot stronger . I can highly recommend pure physiotherapy they have done a excellent service for me and Sania was very knowledgeable and helpful 10 out of 10

Great experience and extremely beneficial
Got my appointment through quite quickly and made to feel at ease straight away. Felt really listened to and my appointments always felt very personal to my needs and the exercises were easy to follow. Hip pain
I've had increasing hip pain for several months. Lizzie Rawson has been brilliant. After a lot of questions she concluded it was bursitis, not arthritis as my GP had suggested. She's very kind, patient and a good listener and I've never felt I was being rushed through each of the 3 sessions I've had so far. I've also done the online exercises she planned each day. My hip pain has improved so it's been very worthwhile. I'd thoroughly recommend Lizzie.

Thoughtful consultation, excellent treatment
Lizzie Rawson is a people person as well as a terrific physio. She's a good listener, meaning that a consultation is genuinely a consultation, not just a brisk assessment of a patient's situation. Much better than expected!
I had very low expectations of the physiotherapy appointment with the therapist from Pure which was arranged by my GP practice having previously been seen by a hospital physio.
However, Muhammad listened to my complicated history, and he did a few diagnostic tests which had not been tried before.
He was able to tell me about a condition involving my thumb and wrist which hadn't been spotted or suggested previously.
I received a comprehensive set of exercises for this problem immediately after the consultation.

Pritika really helped I came to her with really bad lower hip pain from a car crash I’d had. No, did she help physically with the tissue massage, but she also gave me some good exercises to do at home. I highly recommend her as a physiotherapist.

After a bad RTC back in December I was…
After a bad RTC back in December I was refered to pure physio in Birmingham too see Khushbu on the first few sessions we was both concerned with the lack of movement and amount of pain I was in from my injury’s but she was soo patient with me! 8 sessions later I have made enough recovery that I can finally get back to my daily activities! I was having an issue with my rotator cuff, really painful and debilitating, the NHS had a wait of more than 17 weeks.
Went online and found this service which was only a mile away from home.
Easy booking online and well worth the cost.
I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Max , very helpful and an element of’hands on’ which cemented my exercise regime.
