this company has terrible customer service. I've ordered from them several times. one time my product was delivery via Canada Post during their strike and I was not notified of the delivery. When the parcel was sent back they charged me close to $100. On another order, they sent me a broken bottle of fragrance oil. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service and no response.

I have purchased 2 of "Pureoly" sample sets to try as it said on their website "All made in Canada"and I received them promptly. However, when I opened the oils, they did not have the heavenly scent of the essential oils. They seemed very diluted and had a very little of their true essential oils. All of the oils seemed to have same scent even though they were suppised to be 4 different oils. I contacted their customer service to return and did not receive any response. I tried their chat on their website with the same result. Just a warning for other consumers, you do get what you pay for. I thought it was too good to be true!

I ordered the Neem oil through Amazon, and it was delivered promptly. I was hoping to use it for fungus gnats embryos. I shook the bottle before I opened it and it came out in brown flakes. It doesn't dilute in either cold or warm water. I have a sludgy mess on the surface of the water. Please advise.

Some of the oil had leaked out of the jug as the inside of the bag and the jug was oily. There was a couple inches of space at the top of the jug. I am unsure how much oil leaked out but it is expensive stuff so don't want to have any of it leaking.
