I would give zero stars if that was an option. This business should be called PureScam. Company appears to be USA-based on website but credit card purchase is to a company in China. No items as advertised or pictured. Cotton/linen clothing turned out to be sleazy polyester.
The website lists a return address in Colorado in their refund policy but when it comes down to it they want me to ship to China. Currently in dispute resolution through PayPal. Since JUNE. I got all info to PayPal promptly; they gave this company until August 24 to respond.

Dress advertised as being cotton. Learned it is 100% polyester once I received it. Puredrum gave me all sorts of runaround when I tried to return it for a full refund and told me that return shipping was my responsibility, even though their own website says that they will pay return shipping when the return is due to their error. I finally gave up and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Avoid Puredrum at all costs.

Do not buy from this company. They are a complete scam.They American models and advertise cotton linen clothes and then they ship you miss size polyester, ugly, made long sleeved clothes. No legitimate return addresses in China to ship the product back to and customer service is a joke. They’ll just give you the run around will you give up and then you have to dispute it with the bank if they will honor it so most of the time this company is just keeping your money and you have to throw away what you bought, shipping took forever so they could make sure they had their money!

One star is too much. This is a scam company. The products are not like the pictures and the return policy doesn't exist. They don't answer the emails for returning... Don't waste your money on this!!

The items I ordered were not as I expected. Summer dresses made out of tightly woven polyester that felt like outdoor furniture fabric. When I tried to return the items it took 11 days and 15 email exchanges to agree to a 40% refund. They started at 10%. Shipping the items back to China was prohibitively expensive. I learned my lesson. DO NOT ORDER anything from this company.

DO NOT SPEND $$ with this company - items are outright LIED about, then when you ask to return the item for a refund, they offer a 20% discount and saying "no" (that you want to return the BS crap they took forever to deliver), you get gaslit!! JUST DON'T SPEND MONEY WITH THIS ENTITY! IT'S A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! If there was a ZERO STAR, that's what I would leave! I wouldn't wipe my behind with the garbage they sent me.

The dress was advertised as cotton. It arrived as 100% polyester. When I asked for a return label, there were two delays until they requested photos of the dress, the tracking number and the SKU number. Don’t they have records of all this? I suspect it’s a way to discourage customers from trying to return a fraudulent item.

I hope I never again fall for a dishonest company like this one.

I wish that I had thought to investigate this purchase prior to receiving a dress that is clearly NOT any kind of cotton or linen that I'm familiar with. It is also too large for me to wear. After reading these comments, I think attempting to return it will be more trouble and cost than I care to make. Has anyone actually received a refund?
I'm going to give it away or better still - donate it.
The ads came while reading the NYT. I was duped - don't you be!!

The items that I ordered were supposed to be cotton and linen as the site stated. They stated that they sold only natural fabrics. When I received the clothing, it was very cheap polyester fabric. The shirt felt almost plastic. Do not order from these scam artists.

I bought a blouse that was advertised as being made of cotton linen. The blouse I received was made of 100% polyester. I have contacted the company several times about returning the blouse, per their website’s instructions. So far I have received only an offer for a 20% discount.

Received the item (blue dress for my wife - invoice PureDrum order ZS1160) April 29, 2026 and complained via email on May 2, 2026 that the size should have been Large and it was, actually, no less than 2XL, and it was completely wrinkled and abused in a small plastic bag beyond any ability to wear. They never disputed my claim but just continue a run-around to avoid a refund despite their terms to the contrary; same thing with return postage which their terms state they need to pay

I have sent no less than 9 emails to seller, in response to their never-ending-emails that refuse to give a return address, refuse to issue a refund, and demand that I pay shipping back when their return/refund terms clearly underscore the return freight to be their responsibility under these circumstances. The dress they sent, in a small bag, was humongous (2XL) whereas the size ordered was Large and, furthermore, it came in completely frazzled, wrinkled, and not wearable. They are fraudulent, unethical, and breaching all of their own conditions. They are doing everything to frustrate the return and refund beyond belief. They should not be doing business in this country.

On May 11, 2026, in the evening, they sent 2 more emails with the same subterfuge. The last one demands I pay for return postage when, by their own written terms on their site, they say they will pay for return of defective/non-conforming items and, notably, in their avalanche of emails they never once disputed my claim. Their terms also list an American address for return and, moreover, the package came from an American address. But they demand return to China. I did not receive the package from China, but from a USA address. They are fraudulent, and goes well beyond the garden variety consumer rights breach.

My dollar amount may be minimal but the issue is their conduct, not the item value and, in aggravation, the toll they will take on the rest of American consumers. For that reason, if no other, they need to be stopped from doing business in this country. I have all documents if you want them, including the emails, Thank you for your attention and follow-through to end their activities in the USA. They do not list an address or telephone number.
