I ordered a dress and received a blouse. According to the picture, It was supposed to have been a short dress with a long bottom made of chiffon. As the picture stated, Women's Leopard Pattern Art stylish Chiffon Patchwork Casual Dress.
However, I received a top that stopped at the waist with no extra bottom fabric.
It is just a regular blouse.
The order form states orders are processed within 24-48 hours with tracked delivery. I ordered and paid for a dress 3 June, and additionally paid $9.99 for expedited shipping. It has not arived as of 21 June and Liceria can only tell me that I need to contact handlers for further information - either in customs or elsewhere. The contacts had no further information. I am told to be patient ... expedited?
23 June 2026 - Well, a garment finally arrived today but it is not what I ordered and is not acceptable as an alternative. I ordered the Women's Retro Floral Art Print Casual Long Sleeve Cotton Dress. What arrived is white with a somewhat oriental looking cornflower blue flower and bird pattern. The neckline has a folded stitched front not a v neck neckline, and it has small side seam slits from the hem, not a center front opening. The sleeves are also elbow length, not long sleeves. Think boho v chineese tea ceremony difference in looks.
Like others, I purchased a 'quilted bag' which was flat canvas. Also purchased other items which were not as size stated, poor quality and useless to me. Asking for a refund under their 30 day money back was met with excuses that blamed the customer for not being prepared to take the goods not ordered. Posting the goods back to China would be prohibitive and they knew that and would not pay the return postage. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AND THEIR ASSOCIATED COMPANIES. READ THE BAG REVIEWS.
SCAM. An absolute rip off! Avoid at all costs. I bought four “Quilted bags” by the time postage was added they came to around £35 each. If they looked like the pictures I would have been very happy with that. What arrived was flat canvas printed bags that I wouldn’t pay £10 each for. Nothing like as nice as the pictures. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
I ordered two tote bags from this company. Unfortunately they did not look like the pictures. The pictures make the bags look quilted and 3D but they are just flat material stitched bags. I tried to get a refund but would have to post the items to China which would have cost too much. Be careful before you buy as once bought chances are you will have to keep regardless of wether you like them or not
