Positive feedback…

I usually refrain from giving negative feedback, but in this case, I am compelled to do so. I returned my original order on the 30th of July and, despite multiple emails and reaching out through social media, I have yet to receive any communication about the status or shipment of a replacement order. The absence of communication is highly disappointing.

Addition to above feedback.
I provided negative feedback yesterday, and within the last 24 hours, my concerns have been addressed with a very satisfactory outcome. The delay in communication was primarily due to mitigating factors, which have now been resolved.

I’ve purchased clothing from Pure on a number of occasions and I’ve never been let down. The quality and durability of their clothing is 1st class and premium. They also add that personal touch to each order, which is very refreshing. I’ll be a customer for life !!
