I spent £46.90 on line at Morrisons they take 5%incase weight difference or a replacement is made I bought two bottles of spirits two tub of chocolates didn’t apply but that’s what they do it goes back so could no spend £50

I’ve tried to use it snd it will not go through as payment. After 5 times trying to pay.
Very frustrating to set up and to be honest took
More time than I would have liked to spend on a gift card.
Still not used it.

HATE IT
I hate that Mistplay switched over to this. Can't get a contactless card anymore and I feel scammed. I'm so angry that I wasted all those units on THIS rubbish card. If I'd known ahead of time I wouldn't have redeemed this. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have used Pure Card twice now after…
I have used Pure Card twice now after accruing money from playing in-app games. It's been really easy to access and use online. (Online only, it appears) That is perfectly ok as I have used it for our furbabies. The only thing I would like them to improve is this: each time a new amount generates a Pure Card, it provides a new one. It would be useful if one card could be used so leftover amounts could accrue for future use. I want to recommend the Play app and the Pure Card in my creator content.

I wanted to buy an item for £69 so with my £50 card I thought that I could pay the additional £19. It is not allowed. I phoned customer service which was a completely wasted waste of time. It feels like a con. Lots of hoopla about a £50 card which you can’t use

We do appreciate your feedback, however a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to purchase gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.

Once you finally have ur card all is fine, but it's such a faff to get it, you have to enter your personal details all the time. Its like your setting up a new account each time, when it would be easier to recognise your details if done before, letting u straight in and the card therefore without going bk and forward putting codes in etc

Reward card is a nice bonus. Took a while before up and running. Used card to buy an item with no problems and still plenty of credit. Balance remaining look forward to using again.
