Sadly, like everyone else's experience regarding this awful, scamming company I paid for a dog bed & not received it either!! Have sent 3 emails & no reply. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Says shipped with a tracking number but no information. Email comes back as not valid and no response through online form. Payment taken from someone in Australia when company is Germany based. SCAM!

Ordered a dog bed early October delivery date was 13th Nov by latest tried to email them to say my delivery has not arrived and I've been blocked. Absolutely disgusting wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered . Total scam

Fraudulent company
I also ordered and payed £26 for a dog bed and it hasn’t arrived and it’s not going to. These people need to be arrested and locked up for taking well earned money and knowing that the beds are not being shipped. I’ve contacted my bank and they asked if I wanted to press charges against these people and of course I said yes.

Ordered two beds 25th October, said they where shipped but received no tracking information, have emailed twice and both times they have been ignored , seems to be a scamming sight, and have turned off there comments on Instagram

Scammers who don’t deliver and ignore you
Ordered a dog bed from these scammers on 22nd October 2024. Chased my order and was reassured my order had been shipped and would be delivered no later than 9th November 2024. Checked my shipping details and they’ve now disappeared and just states “shipped” with no other information. I’ve chased several times and they’ve ignored all my emails. Complete scammers. They are thieves. Take your money and run. Don’t order from them you’ve been warned. I’ve now got my credit card company involved to get my money back. Shame on you Pupnest.
