Please do not order this dog bed from this company, it has taken my money and no delivery of goods. Emails return with a mail deamon meaning the email address does not exist and now my tracking has disappeared.

SCAM! If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered over 3 weeks ago, had no delivery updates except ready ship which has not changed. Have contacted a few times through email as there’s no phone number. Saw the advertisement through TikTok so thought it was legit but it isn’t. Checked the reviews on trust pilot and I’m not the only one who’s been scammed. Contact bank and they should refund. Absolute disgrace of a company. Avoid!

Should have researched before buying, scam, ordered £50 dog bed never turned up

Ordered from here, they took nearly £30 and the item never arrived, no response to emails and now the tracking link for my order fails to even load.

Avoid this place they are a scam.

I ordered a bed on the 4th November, I emailed the company three times but have heard nothing. An absolute disgrace.

Something needs to be done about this scam.

100% a scam!! Absolutely shocking! Hopefully I get my money back from the bank! We need to do something so this stops happening!!!

Wish I found out on here before I placed my order for the dog bed that this company is a scam,my order should of arrived 16th November and after sending loads of emails to them I had no response back,I have now made a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back! Yesterday my tracking wasn’t moving or updating to let me know where my item is,but today when I clicked on there website it doesn’t EXIST anymore - what an absolute scam of a company!! I was looking forward to receiving the dog bed as her Xmas present but now I’ve got to find a similar one for her ;-( PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Scam. Ordered end of October and after several attempts to chase it up have still received nothing. Managed to get my money back through my bank thankfully. Avoid at all costs!!!

AVOID - SCAM
Order accepted and confirmed on 25/10/24. Email received advising shipment on it's way. When tracked same location shown (just not my address). Email sent requesting delivery information but return as MAILER_DAEMON. Luckily I paid using my credit card so have now raised a dispute with my bank.

Ordered 2 beds 27th oct
Tracking number now gone and so is my money. SCAM

Do not order from this company! Do not deliver the goods ordered & no way of contacting the company. Customer support email on website returns an error message.
I have disputed with Monzo & I am now told it will be up to 18 weeks until I receive a refund.
