I love the concept of the company and was happy to support by buying a rangefinder. Worked well for 2 months then started giving erratic and unreliable readings. After 3 attempts to contact them via support email, they requested I sent a video of the problem. I did so, but have since had no response from them, despite numerous emails to them requesting them to do so.
I don't like to, and rarely give poor reviews, but there seems no way to contact them other than their support email, and they don't respond to it! Their focus seems to be purley on sales, rather than existing customers.

Have been using your rangefinder for about 4 months now & absolutely love it🤙 Have had plenty of times with other golfers with more expensive ones stand next to me & get exactly the same readings in the same time or less! Fair to say they are a little jealous after seeing the Punters at work!
So I bought one of your polos & a hoodie & was very impressed at the quality & fit. Awesome gear guys, will definitely buy more in the future

Great, easy to use range finder. Have only used for one round since purchase but am already in love with it. I shake naturally and that had zero effect on the pin lock and accuracy. The magnetic clip made for easy retrieval helping to keep pace of play. Best part is its aussie!!

Great range finder is had to get another one

So far my experience has been extremely disappointing. Placed my order over 2 weeks ago and yet to receive the products. I think Puntersgolf is a scam. Will be passing this onto all my golfing friends.

This is our first View finder & we went by reviews to purchase one & you guys come out on top . We have used it twice since we have received it & it definitely has helped our game by giving us exact metres to the pin. Also with the mix up of delivery address , you guys were awesome & sent out another view finder to our correct address , Thank you so much we really appreciate it .

I love my Puntersgolf range finder easy to use on course and the magnetic holder is great on belt or on golf bag, makes club selction easier.

Each product I have bought, has been exactly as advertised - No disappointment upon opening the package 😊

I play of a 20 handicap and wanting to improve my game got the range finder and loved it. Used it for the first time and noticed the distances I was guessing was allowing me to select the wrong club adding unwanted strokes to my round. Flag lock is a mad feature also gives more confidence the distance is correct.

Still getting use to the range finder but seems to work great! Ultra fast shipping was nice too.

Awful delivery service from AusPost and wildly outside the service expected from Punters Website which quoted 2-5 days. Ended up slipping into a 3rd week!

Being asked to write an experience review on the basis of “it’s been a couple of weeks since you got your range finder” on the day after I got it did however give me a laugh.

4 days for Punters to despatch was a bit excessive. Watched the package sit at Brisbane airport for a further 6 days. Then when it was finally despatched AusPost sent a “delivered” message … it took another 5 days to get to me.

As for the range finder? Who knows, I only got it yesterday evening!

Very easy to order, fast delivery and great email correspondence.
Used it for the first time 11/9/25 and it performed better than I thought it would for the price. Solid, robust and compact, this is a winner.

The process was quick and easy. The range finder arrived on time and is just as described.

Paid and provided the correct email address per PayPal and confirmed with PayPal confirmation email.

Never received anything from the company after 6 attempts to contact. Correction: company responded but stated they were busy and therefore didn’t get to the emails until later then ideal timeframe due to a “big sale”.

Eventually messaged me to say it was delivered. I was home the whole time and no delivery was made. Update: asked them to follow up as no item was delivered and was asked to contact delivery company to follow up myself. Stated consumer rights that the company was required to do this. After this they stated they would look into it.

Paid for the delivery insurance and yet they refused to help. Update: now looking into it after repeated emails asking for assistance.

Still Worst experience. Terrible customer service. Save yourself time and money.

Update: customer service refuted I had contacted them. Provided screenshots. Wasn’t happy about this review being posted. Still yet to know where the package went but they have agreed to provide a refund if they can’t locate the package.

Terrific addition to my golf. Lightweight and easy to work, also very quick to charge up which is always a positive for me as I’m always forgetting to charge things until the last moment. I’d highly recommend this product.
