Very thorough service, explanation and maintenance!

Very professional outfit. Would highly recommend

Showed up promptly and were friendly, informative and professional. Job well executed and the space was left tidy afterwards.

Great service again. Extremely helpful. Always willing to answer questions and return calls. Recommended for all your cellar issues.

Paragon always perform. Their expertise and proactive approach to resolving issues makes them an invaluable resource and a trusted partner.

Visited site first to understand the full scope of work. Worked to overcome the tight duct routes in the building. Thank you.

Paragon are professional at every step of the process. Really pleased to have chosen them to look after our pump system.

Very reliable, turned ups on time, completed job informing of progress at each stage and left on time cleaning all the affected areas, whilst being very polite and helpful, highly recommend.

Exceptional service. From the initial contact (I had emailed three companies. One never replied, one did but failed to reply when I ask for a visit from an engineer before they would quote, Paragon were super responsive and helpful) to the repairs (efficient and respectful engineers).
I was with another (large) company for 10 years and I wished I had switched a lot sooner. Cannot recommend Paragon enough.

We had a great first experience with Paragon Pump Servicing and have since decided to appoint them for our annual servicing requirements for a sump pump system serving a block of flats. The engineer (Aaron) was very knowledgeable and explained our issues in a very understandable way.

Very awkward job dealing with pump and piping not serviced for years. Excellent advice, great dedication to getting the job done properly.

All good with Paragon Pumps. Great service . Very responsive and respectful

Paragon have been excellent in setting up our basement pump system and subsequent servicing. They communicate clearly about the system, the engineers have been polite & knowledgeable & the administrators really efficient.

Superb service and reasonably priced.
The engineers were extremely professional and very helpful.

I’m extremely pleased that I have found a company that I can use annually and not have to worry about my pumps.

This company is reliable, efficient and friendly. And reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Professional and courteous team. Arrived on time and was impressed with the quality of work and subsequent report. Will use PPS moving forward.

Arrived on time, very professional, good communications and well organized.

Very polite engineer came. On the dot on time. Felt he explained everything well and clearly to me. Felt the communications with the company prior to the appointment were very clear and transparent with the cost. Would recommend and will use again.

What great company, very quick and efficient. The report produced was very clear and easy to follow. We needed some additional works to be undertaken which were priced competitively, booked in and undertaken giving the assurance needed.

Great service. professional & very polite with a very awkward homeowner. Thanks a lot all at Paragon
