Timely service, knowledgeable techs
I was able to make an appointment for my microwave the next day and within 45 minutes of arriving at the appointment, the knowledgeable technician was able to repair my machine. I had been fighting Lowe’s protection plan service providers for 2 1/2 weeks with no results. This was well worth the reasonable service fee.

I signed up for this warranty (whole home) a few months ago and did not need it
This month my fridge has issues cooling
I tried to book an appointment but the application will not let me stating no payment required! I reached out via email and they asked me to call
I finally was able to book via website and I had to pay service fee before the appointment
On the day of my appointment I was told no techs were available and they asked me if it was urgent and I wanted out of network tech but they said if this was my choice I must request a letter for authorization then pay everything and them request reimbursement
I chose to wait and they rescheduled me in a week
On that day again I got the same email and I emailed them saying why do you iffer a warranty if uou have no tech! So they gave me a tech! He spent about five minutes
He was not able to communicate in English
He said like three words Need new compressor and Freon even though he did not run -any test
I said ok this is warranty! So he left!!!
I hear nothing from them then I get an email saying even your manufacturer warranty is expired may be the compressor has a warranty contact kenmore for details. They offered nothing no repair no contacts
I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes and nothing
This is not a legit company
Not sure how will this end but if you are looking for a warranty look elsewhere !!!
