Alex from the customer service team helped me locate and track my order immediately. He replied almost instantly, was exceptionally kind and helpful, and his quick response completely put my mind at ease and helped me avoid any last-minute stress.

This is the worst company I’ve ever shopped with, initially ordered ok, prompt delivery.
When it came to return, their system was playing up so didn’t generate a return label, had to send £2.50 via PayPal for return label, after sending money took 14 emails and over 2 weeks to actually get the label.
Returned the tracksuit in the bag it arrived in and have receipt.
Weeks passed no refund.
They asked me to clarify what I returned, which was joggers and hoody in bags they arrived in, the parcel was weighed at post office.
Then they came back saying after investigation the items I returned were not what I ordered and wasn’t public desire clothing and sent me a picture of a hoody.
They would not refund the money? Or show me the bag this item came in.
The weight of 2 items is very different to 1.
They’ve been a nightmare from start to finish. I’ve claimed money through my bank.
I’m reporting them to trading standards and consumer ombudsman.
Terrible company and worst customer service ever.
