PRS installed a replacement central heating boiler in our kitchen. The engineer, Gary, was efficient, tidy and very considerate. It wasn't a straight replacement, but the extra pipework is discreet, and where possible, pipes have been hidden. Can't recommend the company highly enough, and would definitely pass their name to anyone wanting plumbing work done.

Had a new boiler, Hive system and hot water tank fitted, all working great. kept everything nice and tidy and good quality install, also vert helpful when asked questions and new the answers. Would recommend to anyone.

From estimate to job completion ,very professional ,also good ,clean and polite workmanship, would recommend.

Boiler installation was done professionally. From getting initial quote to turning up on time for appointments. We have had our servicing done annually by Paul ever since. Always polite, tidy and knowledgeable when we have questions. You can always trust this company to do a good job at competitive prices.

Responded very quickly and we had an engineer out within 24hrs on a Monday with a quote for a new boiler which was fitted on the Friday. The fitter was polite and efficient and left the house tidy. This company has been very professional, prompt, polite and very helpful.

Thank you to Paul and his team for the professionalism and courtesy that we received when we needed assistance. PRS is highly recommended

Very pleased with service received, new boiler fitted, tidy work, polite helpful staff, very quick service from quote to fitting, would thoroughly recommend.

From start to finish, PRS Plumbing Solutions were super efficient and professional. Alex, who quoted was polite, thorough and straight to the point. Paul, who fitted our boiler was quick, tidy and very pleasant indeed. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

Paul is top quality and reliable. He has installed our boiler and serviced it every year and also done additional works on an ad hoc basis. Always responsive and does a great job.

We have been using PRS Plumbing Solutions for almost a decade. They help us out every time. Paul is polite, friendly and always helpful. The team are tidy and keep any necessary mess to a minimum. We have just had a new boiler and tank installed. It was an absolute pleasure to have Gary do the work. He was nicely quiet, respectful, tidy, friendly and cracked on with the work. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. Thanks for another great job!

Prs turned up on time, fitted boiler and showed me how to operate controls etc . Excellent stuff. Would definitely recommend.

An excellent company to deal with Really pleased with the new boiler install. Gary and Jack worked extremely hard a credit to their trade.
Alex and Paul were friendly and very helpful
Would definitely use this company again.

Quick turnaround (time from on-site visit - quote - installation). Great professional installation (tidy, efficient & minimum of fuss). Good price and after sales service.

Gary today fitted our new gas boiler, 4 days after Paul quoted for it. Paul acted in a friendly and professional manner, and we felt very confident booking PRS to carry out the work.
Paul was here this morning to introduce Gary, and give him some information on the job. I found Gary to be as professional and friendly as Paul, working in a methodical manner, and completely clearing up after the job was finished. He is an asset to the company.
I thoroughly recommend PRS, and they would be our first choice for any future work.

Our boiler stopped working, Darren came out to confirm a new one would be required. I had a quote that evening from Paul and they offered to fit it on saturday (4days later). The quote included having hive fitted and a Worcester Bosch boiler with a 10 year guarantee. All carried out as agreed and cleared up after with the old boiler etc taken away. Highly recommend PRS plumbing-very friendly, efficient, helpful and reasonably priced.

Very pleased with the service that we received.
Alex who came and done the survey was very understanding and gave us th advice that we needed.
They gave us a date when the work was starting.
The engineer came on the day and had a minor problem but after a call to me this was sorted out.
Paul came to work with him.
Both very professional.
Work completed ahead of schedule.
Work done to a very high standard and all work areas cleaned at the end of the day.
Overall very happy with the work.
Will use again and recommend to friends and family.
Thank you all at PBS .

PRS replaced my aging boiler. From the initial visit by Paul to the completion the service was first rate.
I received a profession quotation outlining the technical and financial implications. The boiler and engineer arrived on the day specified. The installation and commissioning of the boiler was carried out to a high standard with minimum disruption. As a retired engineer I was amazed and pleasantly surprised how well this difficult replacement went. John Clark

Been a satisfied customer of Paul’s for over 5 years now for various jobs.
He came to do the annual boiler service. He arrived on time, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy.
