We understand that timely payouts are crucial, and we regret that your experience was impacted by delays. We have recently Partnered with Rise to streamline the payout process and make it a lot more easier to process payments.

As it relates to the changes in our profit split percentage, payouts were handled manually due to system limitations, and as a gesture of goodwill for potential delays, we offered an 80/20 profit split. However, in April, we launched an update that allows customers to request their profit split directly from their dashboard. With this update, the correct profit split of 70/30, as initially agreed, was implemented. We apologize for any confusion surrounding this transition. Additionally the 1% fee in question is only charged when requesting an instant payout which is optional to all customers.

We acknowledge that at times there are some delays when responding to customers. However we always ensure all customers questions or queries are addressed within a 24 hour timeframe given the type of issue being experienced. We value your feedback on this matter and are taking steps to enhance our response times, especially regarding payout-related queries.

We recognize that delays can be frustrating, especially when it comes to financial matters, and we are committed to improving your experience moving forward.
