Scam stay away from this company the complains are too long to list right now i would say i wish i had read these review before i purchased an account because i now face the same situation. Mind you i passed phase 1 and 2 and up to this day i have not receive my funded account

It’s now October 6, 2025, and my account (never used) has been completely inactive since day one. Every time I try to log in on MT5, it says “invalid account.” I first reported this issue in March 2025, and after seven months of emails, phone calls, and false promises, there’s still no resolution.

On September 5th, they told me my refund would be processed. Over a month later, I’ve received nothing — not the refund, not an update, not even a reply.

Since then, they’ve completely stopped responding to emails, and their phone lines no longer work.

This level of neglect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. At this point, it feels less like poor service and more like a SCAM.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I recommend to never buy from this prop firm it has being more then 24 hours an no one is there at this company to assist you only AI and the AI cannot help you in any way where it's simple question or any other for that matter they are a fraud any nothing that posted on there website is true

Scam prop firm i urge anyone and everyone to stay away from pro traders they are bunch of scammers they never pay.

These people do not do good business you cannot get your payout when need they realize that traders are becoming more and more profitable. Poor customer service you cannot get anyone whenever you call them. They are not instant when it comes to payout Life had to teach me that the sameway how you believe in a prop firm believe in your live account you can get mass wealth by trading for yourself.

Scam Scam Scam company is no Good..

They are allowing customers to buy challenges knowing full well you can't get a payout... The option for profit split and payouts have been gone for almost a year and every time you talk to customer service (if you even get one) it's always the same line.. 'it'll be back next week or month'

Disappointing experience! I won a giveaway, but they refused to provide my account details. No transparency, no communication. Feels like a scam. Wouldn't recommend anyone to this platform. If you talk about it in their discord they delete the messages. I have ask them (Is their a reason why I can’t get my account that I have won), they say (We are not distributing account won last year, only recent giveaways only) then I ask why is that, they say(Those are the rules. We ain’t giving out any account mate

Don't pay attention to the 5 star reviews, apparently they are forcing you to give a 5 star review to get your payout, 16 months since I requested payout and I will leave a 1 star everyday until I am paid.

Attention, this project is apparently a deceptive project that does not fulfill its commitments. It held an invitation event on discord and never makes payments to only 3 winners, so what are they going to do with our investments?

Another month and still no sign of the money I've signed the contract for. People stay away from this firm its waste of time and money

I will not say much but a court proceeding will provide the opportunity for all evidence to be brought publicly. let me encourage you guys to proceed with such so we can bring to the world your misleading and mediocre operations. all emails and other conversations (text, screenshots and screen recordings, even that mediocre verification phone call that was recorded will be brought before the court so lets make it happen. You guys can contact me regarding all information required so you can file the court documents. "echec et mat".

People just look at the reply from my previous review they try to justify the poor customer service and the additional info they are talking about was provided… listen just stay away it’s not worth the headache. The money is gone and they won’t resolve the issue. It’s like I’m begging them to do it. When you talk about context remember this I PAID for a challenge and I’m still not able to use the challenge when I SUBMITTED ALL THE INFO REQUIRED. Plus why is it such a run around to get to use the challenge any ways. People just look at the their reply, they are not interested in solving the issue they are more concerned with their image… also look at their other replies to other people… STAY AWAY thank me later.

Everything works fine when you are buying a challenge Everything go through smoothly no problems but when it comes to getting your profits that's where the smoothness finish, there customer service is the worse that is if they have customer service because no on response to you only automated messages for weeks.... NB this is my experience with them, you can try them out if you want maybe you get a different experience but for me I'm done with this prop firm big waste of time more like pro scammers funds

Just signed up today after missing out on my webinar two weeks ago. I was surprised to have gotten a call earlier today from Asheira. She was patient, transparent, cool, calm and dedicated to her given tadk- giving her clients the best service possible. Five for PTF.

Just ask these ppl a simple question when am i getting my payout in their discord because they stop answering emails and got blocked. I am warning all of who is seeing this dont buy any account with them because they are the worst in the business of prop firm. Made 3500 with them and they pay me 700 after months of waiting then give me contract to sign to get 30% of the remaining balance and its been months and still cant see the money...pajama a thief so unu buy at u own risk. Dont follow the trustpilot replys its all bull$hit.
