First class service, the company did what it said on the tin!

Absolutely disgusting, ordered sweeping sand for my new driveway came nearly 2 day's late and all ripped bags so have to send it back they said gonna send it again with next day delivery but still nothing it meant to arrive yesterday, never gonna deal with them again

awful company. do not purchase from them. when the product is faulty the refund process is long and they want to come to your house!!

Have to say the service was incredible. Ordered around midday and received my grout the next day. You really can’t get any better than that. Competitive pricing too. Thanks guys 👍

Competitive pricing, items were well packed, good communication from the company throughout the whole transaction. I do not know why THIS PAGE IS NOT ACTIVE IS at the head of the page. The review is for protilertools

Ordering easy, lots to choose from, reasonably priced, all good thanks.

It hasn’t turned up yet

Great products, keen pricing, excellent delivery

Easy to order on line good friendly service from staff

First class from product quality to delivery and customer service. 👍

Very good prices and quick delivery
Great service only problem was the delivery courier
As the trims all came bent and the protector tube
Luckily I only needed shorter pieces

Nasty bunch of middle men/boys running this company.
They don't know how to do business and put their feelings in their customers complaints.
I'm so glad it's not just me. They really are a dodgy company. Watch this space.

first their courier left me waiting all day as they kept changing time then didn't bother arriving. They arrived when I was out without warning the next day. Left it with a neighbour.

The product arrived was wrong as the customer services recommended the wrong product

I had to pay the tiler to go shopping to buy the right product

now they expect me to be in ALL day for them to collect the wrong item but I am moving

No more ply arrived as stated
Responsive staff when checked the delivery date and friendly delivery man
All good

Ordered 2 tiny springs the weight and size of a grape, cheapest postage option is £7 which is more than the spring cost.

Prompt, well packaged.. good product!

Easy online ordering and quick palletised delivery all as per website. 100% happy.

Horrible Company.
I bought 7 tile trims that all came with scratches and marks. They sent a replacement and again the same issue. No QC and inspection system. returned and asked for a refund after all the hassles. But they deducted £15.59 for shipping! Scammers.

Update: They refunded the deduction.

I ordered some tile adhehsive, water-proofing stuff and a trowel. Ordering was easy; prices were very competitive; delivery was fast with tracking provided. The items were packed extremely well in strong boxes with plenty of bubble wrap. I rate this a big 5 star company.
