No info about delivery dispatch, and both taps leaked from fittings.
Overpriced.

Very Poor Experience, Customer service non existent
Purchased a ceiling vent from them, I chose Satin assuming it would be a Satin White finish given that’s what the pictures show. A white vent. But no a silver vent serviced. Customer service very unprofessional. Said we sent what you ordered. Then I pushed for a return and they said I have to cover the postage.
Why don’t you update your website to reflect what you are actually selling? And train your customer service staff at the same time.

Prostko had what others didn't.
Needed a white vent and Prostko had exactly what I wanted at a fair price.
Item arrived very quickly and was as described and looks great where we have it fitted.
From this experience I would highly recommend this company.

Ebay scammer
Ebay scammer. Ebay listing is nothing like what you will receive. No communication and totally ignorant.
Ebay do nothing about these scammers as they make to much money from them. They are all in it together. AVOID

They are excellent quality and look really smart, my husband was really impressed, just one short of my requirements, should have counted them myself!!! Would definitely recommend.
