Propstore Ltd Arvostelua

Ordered the catalog for the next auction.
Packaging was bubble wrapped and boxed
All went perfectly and fast.

UK to France.
Follow up via email was also extremely fast.

I’ve bought a few items from propstore, they’ve always been helpful and the website is very easy to navigate and they reply very promptly to any questions asked.

This is for the London Office. I live in the USA. On their auction site they urge you to contact them to get a shipping quote for the Lot(s) that your interested in. " We strongly advise all bidders to request a shipping quote prior to bidding." Well I sent three (3) requests for about a 16 x20 animation art framed piece Lot 392 in their 02/08/2024 auction. They state they will get back to you in one day. Well the first two (2) requests were done about a couple of weeks prior to the auction and the third was done a few days prior. NEVER RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION BACK. As not wanting to get gouged if I won the lot I DID NOT BID ON THE LOT THEREFORE THE CONSIGNOR LOST A BIDDER. Now anyone who follows auctions know that all it needs is one other bidder who wants the item and the skies the limit on how high a Lot may go for. I seen at another auction site where a Carrotblanca Bugs Bunny production cel which normally goes for around $400 went for 10x that amount a few years back.
So Prop Store may have lost on a bigger commission and the consignor may have lost out on a bigger payday. Just For Your Information

RESPONSE TO PROP STORE: On 01/28/24 AT 11:56AM New York Time, I sent a request in thru that very email address- "support..." and then again on 02/05/24 same email address and the other attempt was actually thru YOUR WEBSITE ON THE ACTUAL LOT PAGE BACK IN JANUARY WHILE I WAS LOGGED IN.

How to turn 5k investment into $2,300.00. Sell through PropStore. I received some of the money you agreed to pay. Still haven't received full payment. Not sure how you do business but I'm not impressed.

You had a lackluster effort trying to sell my item. You said when you receive payment in full. I will receive it. I sent you this item in the summer of 2023. This is still not settled. Say what you will but there are many flaws in how you handled all of this.

My favorite place to buy Hollywood memorabilia from. They always find items for me to bid on or buy from their website. The staff is super friendly. They pack everything very well and shipping costs are very reasonable. Been buying from them for over 5 years now. They are great.

Hmm 🤔 what can I say. This company is one of the best in the prop world community. Full of lovely treasures all year round.
The staff is super friendly and helpful and their shipping method is great. Never had issues with them, always with impeccable smooth transactions.
Not the first item I bought from them and will not be the last…I am a super happy return customer for many years to come. Cheers all :)

Propstore always has great items up for auction. Sometimes it’s fun to just browse their catalogs! When an item has been won, however, the customer service is marvelous. I even had a very minor issue with “customs” when getting a package from the UK to the US. But Jamie at Propstore took care of everything, and was extraordinarily patient and helpful during my brief “panic.” When I received the item, it was packaged very safely and I simply love it. I wouldn’t hesitate to participate in another auction with Propstore. THANK YOU!

Propstore, is top notch as always, providing the best service and purchase experience for their clients. I can’t say enough good things about the company, having doing business with them for 10 years now. Thank you Propstore team for 10 years of excellence!

Don’t live up to their promises. They said we would get a certain price for for our piece and they say we have to sell it when our paperwork states that it had to reach that price and now we just want our piece back. Do not trust what they say.

I went to visit from Sweden.
Had a blast! Luke was really friendly and had allot of knowledge.
Id love to go again👍🏻

Prop Store holds a treasure trove of cinematic history. I always enjoy visiting. Their staff are always kind and helpful.

I was lucky enough to visit the exhibition of key lots ahead of this year’s auction. I was greeted warmly and had 1-1 attention for the duration of my visit. It was great to see a little ‘behind the scenes’ on the way to the exhibition, which was enthralling. I have purchased from Propstore in the past and their professionalism is second to none. Care is taken over the smallest item to the largest blockbuster prop. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else as I am assured of the integrity and province of the artefacts for sale.

I have purchased several items both from the London and LA locations and every time the experience has been great.

Support is always available and does whatever it takes to accommodate the buyer

THANKS !!!!

Unlike many similar companies Propstore truly know what they are doing and know about the items they sell. Once again after making a purchase the item has been packed and delivered to the very highest of standards, the item was exactly as described and damage was not left to chance as the packaging was almost bullet proof!

Propstore has grown considerably since I first met them at a memorabilia event many years ago. They have grown in every way but have not lost the personal touch and continue to find rare and exciting items that I can add to my collection, long may they reign!

Stephen and the team at Propstore have been great supporters of Emmaus Hertfordshire over the past couple of years. As well as making some very thoughtful donations at key times of year (Chocolates at Xmas and Easter Eggs always go down well!), they also picked up the bill for our community Xmas meal, helped to decorate our TV lounge with some fantastic film posters and also hosted a number of companions for really interesting guided tours of the Propstore premises. It's a real pleasure to work with an organisation that clearly cares about living up to its values and making a really positive impact in the wider community.

We were very kindly able to visit Propstore recently and the experience was amazing. A professional, courteous and hard working group of people, dedicated and enthusiastic about what they do. Amazing set up particularly if you are into films at all! From more humble days when Stephen and Tim first started, it has grown into an unbelievable unique and ever growing business. They are obviously very busy people but made time for us and our friends, who were visiting from Canada, and it is a day we will all certainly remember. Everybody we spoke to on our visit were happy to talk to us and discuss things they must get asked over and over again. Thank you Graham in particular as he was the one getting bombarded with most of the questions on what was a very hot and sticky September day if you remember!

I've purchased items from Propstore over the years since they started business and have had nothing but the best experiences. The team is very knowledgeable and their subject experts are leaders in their field. Propstore's reputation in the prop and memorabilia collecting world is second to none.

I recently decided to sell some items and Propstore were my first (and only) choice. My items were included in one of their Entertainment Memorabilia Live auctions and right from the outset I was looked after extremely well, all the way up to the day of the auction itself, and afterwards when payments were due to me.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Propstore again for future purchases or sales.

I have been purchasing and selling through Prop Store since Stephen began the company many years ago. Ultra professional is the only way to describe this perfectly run business, very approachable and always make you feel that nothing is to much trouble.

What can I say, honestly not enough words..
They are incredibly super professional, Tim Lawes and the whole team go that extra mile… Been a Customer since 2008 and I have built a strong bond with the London team and the team in the states..
Would highly recommend.. Propstore take care of you… An they got me into this hobby which I’m so grateful for.. So BIG thank you!!

I absolutely love Propstore. I have been buying the most wonderful authentic movie props and costumes from Propstore since 2012. The staff are so knowledgeable, responsive, willing to help and have a genuine love of what they do and pride in the excellent service they provide. Communication has always been superb and over the years I have felt so comfortable and assured to entrust some of my props for consignment at auction or on the website. They are always more than willing to accommodate and have a real personalised, human touch to their customer service. Packing and delivery of props has always been completed with care, attention and promptness. Offering generous payment plans Propstore have made it possible for me to achieve my ambition of building my own prop collection. As you can gather, I have always been delighted with their service and am one very happy customer.
