Customer service is very responsive

Customer service is quick, polite and on point. My auto-fill accidentally added my old address to my order and I hadn't noticed till checking the confirmation email from Propoptions. I emailed them, Ben responded and corrected the error and my parcel arrived to the right address within the 2 days service I asked for. Perfect!

I ordered the Round Acrylic Fillable…

I ordered the Round Acrylic Fillable Clear Tier Seperator. This is the 2nd one I've bought.
I love the versatility of the separator. I can fill it with flowers or lights or both!
The delivery was really quick and it came with protective packaging for storage when not in use.
I had a query before ordering and got a quick reply that was very helpful.

Professional and extremely helpful

I saw this company in an advertisement in the Saracino cake magazine.
I emailed them to get some advice on a cake that I am doing.
They answered my email the next day and they proceeded via phone calls and emails with very helpful and informative guidance.
They offered to make a bespoke floating tier stand for me, but I just ended up with an off the shelf one.
I intend ordering more equipment from them.

Repeat Customer

I’ve purchased several items from Prop Options and each time the delivery has been fast, especially for international shipping.

I find the quality of the items to be of superior quality to other cheaper options.

I also enjoy following Prop Options on social media for inspiration and guidance from other cake designers.

Love everything at Prop Options

Love everything Prop Options has to offer & think the price point is fair considering the quality! Really happy with my Reeded Stand (I now just need it in every colour🤣) and can’t wait to try other products. Thanks so much🧡

NOTHING BUT CRAZY LOVE

I just love all their products and the speed of delivery considering I live in a different continent. Wish I was a millionaire to buy each and every item that’s been so geniusly and gloriously crafted that enables us bakers proud to display our showpieces with a mighty oomph!!!

What a great product!

Prop Options are always a pleasure to order from. Prompt delivery to me here in Australia. I loved using these floating floral vial holders. Super easy to use and quick! They look great and ensure better food safety too. Love them!

Excellent, beautiful props

I’ve ordered several items from prop options now and they have all been great in value for money and standard. The delivery took no time at all to come. I would happily recommend them to everyone and I will be ordering more soon.

I’m super happy with my order

I’m super happy with my order, it couldn’t have gone better. The colors of the products are exactly the same as they look on the computer (which was very important to me), and the delivery was very fast.

It was so quick and beautifully packed

It was so quick and beautifully packed. It just looked so gorgeous and just elevated my wedding cakes. Cannot wait to use them for more wedding cakes. You can use them singularly or both at the same time. Either way they just make the cake pop
