Fabulous service

Absolutely fabulous. I visited Cake International and the particular textured rolling pin I wanted wasn’t there. Prop options ordered for me and shipped at no extra cost. Well packaged and a very nice product. Thank you ☺️

I have been on the fence of ordering…

I have been on the fence of ordering Prop Options for a couple of years - I met Jen from CakeyLulus at CI and she helped confirmed what I had been thinking.
I’ve ordered the Cake Compass with sizes from 4-9” as well as x2 Gold Hoop Separators.
I placed my order on the Friday at CI and they the Cake Compass was with me by Monday!
Amazing quality and super fast delivery!

Amazing Customer Service and Products

I have recently ordered from Prop Options for the first time and I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Firstly, I paid for the wrong delivery service by accident so I emailed straight away to see if I could change it. It was a weekend so wasn’t expecting to hear anything until Monday. I got a reply almost instantly and it was sorted within the hour which I was impressed with. Then the standard of product that I did receive was amazing and has elevated the look of my cakes. I will be recommending to everyone and ordering again very soon!

I love Prop options

I love Prop options. The quality of the items is amazing. I know that all the products I buy are well made, can withstand the weight of my tiered cakes and will last a long time, not to mention the designs are stunning!

I’ve always found their delivery to be prompt and efficient and the items come well packaged for protection. They are the only company I use!

Great quality!

Great quality. I ordered some acrylic spacers and textured rolling pins for a wedding cake am working on. I can't wait to see the finished product. Thank you for the quick delivery and great communication.
