Property Solutions Group Arvostelua

The team were brilliant.I was regularly kept updated throughout and dealt with pleasant easy to speak to people that actually listened. The whole process was stress free and easy

We have just started the process of buying a property through Property Solutions. We have dealt mostly with Jake Leyland who has given us an excellent service and was very professional and helpful. I have also had several conversations with Harriet and she seemed a very pleasant and helpful young lady. As to date a very good service.

5* Recommendation – Property Checks

My fist contact with Property Services was January 2022 when I became executor of my mother’s Will, which included responsibility for her property in the UK up to the sale in October 2022.

Living overseas could have been problematic for me but my worries were soon abated. Initially I spoke with Darren Parfitt, and he quickly put me on to the right department.

There were two ladies I was in constant contact with, Abbie Baker and Harriet Burgess. They both worked efficiently and professionally, giving excellent advice when it was needed. They responded to my emails straight away and were both lovely ladies. They were always cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was ever a problem. It has certainly been a pleasure to work with you both.

Without question I would fully recommend Property Services to do regular property checks on vacated property. The reports received are extremely detailed which include an up to date photo of the property along with services readings.

Thank you everyone. It’s been a pleasure doing business with you ☺.

As executor for a recently deceased dear friend I have been helped and guided by Property Solutions every step of the way regarding the sale of his property. My contact has been Tanya Dove and she has been so supportive and efficient, at the end of a phone every time I've needed her advice. These days it's unusual and excellent to deal with people who do what they say they are going to do without being chased. She was also extremely knowledgeable in her field which gave us confidence and security throughout a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend Property Solutions Group. Thank you very much Tanya. Your help[ and guidance have been invaluable.

Very impressed with the level of customer service I received. A special thanks to Jake Leland who helped me through the entire process and was very patient and polite every step of the way. I would highly recommend PSG to anyone who asks and look forward to working with them to complete the purchase of our home.

Fantastic in helping me sell a house I inherited. They did everything I didn’t even know I needed and kept me updated all through the process. I have to say a special thank you to Ross Hunt who I had the most contact with regarding the maintenance of the property. He was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, efficient and genuinely lovely. Ross is a real asset to the company and he made what felt like an impossible task so much easier.

Can I just say that Jake legend really has been a ‘Legend’….he has been so helpful and very professional,
Great company to go with!

Great and prompt communication and great experoence, very friendly staffs especially Georgia,

Great communication, Georgia was friendly but professional with all her emails. Only downside is not open on Saturdays but really prompt with everything on a Monday morning so doesn't make much difference overall!

I am in the process of buying my first home with my partner. Jake has put my mind at ease and has given excellent communication

I am selling a property in Aylesbury for a dear friend who sadly passed last October. This is my first experiace of probate.
The team at property solutions have been professional, efficient and have supported me like friends and family during this very distressing period.
Courtney Prince has worked relentlessly on this house sale and his performance has been outstanding.
I would also like to mention Georgia, Rebecca and Harriet who have enabled this process to flow with ease and in a timely, effective manner.
The team at Property solutions are a credit to the company and I am eternally grateful for their efforts.

I am still going through the process of buying a house. But would like to review my experience thus far- Georgia and Jake have gone above and beyond to work on my behalf, and to keep me updated every step of the way. It's felt like a very personalised experience through their warmth and concern for my situation. So, thank you : )

We had a house to sell in Leicester, and it needed to happen quickly & efficiently - Jake & Danni at Property Solutions Group have been Absolutely Wonderful - getting Genuine Buyers to come view & negotiated / liaised with myself & the buyer in the most timely & productive manner - I am pleased to say we completed & exchanged today - Thank You So Much Jake, Danni & All the Team - Would recommend them Anytime

Jake looked after us and was brilliant, really clear communication and if I wasn't sure on something he called up quickly to explain.

Jake was a really helpful agent, checked we had and understood everything and chased the other party up when we didn't hear back.

Thank you for making the start of the purchase process so easy. Jake especially has been very efficient and professional in helping me get the purchase started. He has kept me updated and supported me where necessary with paperwork to get the ball rolling.

Responsive, Slick & Trustworthy. 3 words I would use to describe my experience with Georgia @ PSG.
From our initial enquiry to handing over to the sales progressor, the process has been flawless, we were constantly updated and emails and calls answered in a timely manner. We have yet to complete on the property but so far we could not fault Property Solutions Group and Georgia.
