Property Solutions Group Arvostelua

From the very beginning of the process, Maddy at Property Solutions Group has been absolutely amazing. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Her communication has been excellent throughout — always responsive, friendly, and clear. She kept me updated every step of the way and was always on top of everything, making sure things moved forward quickly and efficiently.

Maddy’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile for their clients, but she absolutely did. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her (and the company) to anyone looking to buy a property. Thank you again, Maddy — you’ve been a star!!!

Joshua burr has been brilliant, to deal with throughout the progress of purchasing a property..
his communication has been brilliant 2nd to none he is very reliable. Highly recommend. Very professional, brilliant.

My neighbours highly recommended the Property Solutions Group to me saying they were the best! As I'm a repeat customer now (will be selling a 4th property with them next month) I can certainly confirm with them, I too have found Jake Leland to be simply a phenomenal agent his outstanding service is second to none. I felt in safe hands and looked after from day one with Tracy Mifsud constantly working behind the scenes pushing through with even the most difficult of situations.
THANK-YOU!!

I contacted this company eight days ago and was told they would look into my request and get back to me. They did not. I rang back two days later to be told they would call me back. They did not. I rang them again today. Two minutes later a received a blunt text telling me they could not help.
Not being able to help is acceptable but the poor customer service and lack of communication is not.

Telephoned this estate agents who from start to finish of the process were absolutely fantastic. Jake who handled everything as complicated due to vendors awaiting solicitors reply as to families involved replying kept in touch all the way and was superb to say the least. Would highly recommend thankyou

I have been working closely with Joshua burr for a few weeks and he assisted me with my first home , he has been amazing and has helped me and my partner massively I appreciate everything he’s done and he’s been Brillant , I highly recommend him and their services , so easy to work with and always available to contact and reply to emails so fast definitely use them I highly recommend

I have just recently agreed a purchase with Property Solutions Group. They were throughout very professional, right from dealing with my initial enquiry right the way through to sales progression. I would recommend their services to anyone considering them.

I had never used a Property Solutions company before, so didn’t know what to expect, however dealing with Maddy Evans was an absolute pleasure, Maddy explained everything to me in terms of how the process would work buying a property through them, she was extremely efficient, helpful, polite and understanding. Maddy made sure I was kept informed every step of the way, I can’t thank her enough!

I recently found a property I wanted to purchase, turns out property Solutions were handling the sales so I got in touch. The team was absolutely helpful and friendly, ready to answer my ten thousand questions (and I had a lot)
Joshua Burr and Tracy Misfud: thank you, you've been just wonderful.
A real credit to your team.

Brad, Craig and Sam did a fantastic job in upgrading our bathroom. The supplier, Ripples, were very poor in delivering the products to be installed but Sam's guys persevered over a 4 month period and delivered a high quality finish that we're delighted with. Their eye to detail and the attitude of not presenting problems but coming up with solutions made the experience as good as it could have been. I've recommended Sam and the guys to friends and would happily do so again

Tom Mattock, gave her great help and advice in selling a property recently. He checked in regularly with us and was always asking if there was anything else he could do to help.

Whilst the buyer’s premium is a little exceptional, I found my experience as a buyer with PSG to be great. I want to give special appreciation to Tracy Mifsud, who was available and supportive throughout with chasing all parties. Tracy always replied quickly to emails and was available on the phone. She was polite, professional, empathetic and supportive throughout a purchase which was stressful at times due to other factors. Thank you!

I liaised with Joshua Burr for a property transaction. His customer service and response times were fast & superb.
One of the most pleasant estate agency liaisons for a property transaction in my 25 years of being in the property business.

We have never bought a house in this way before and Maddy made it all the easier. She was quick to respond to all of my questions, she was patient when I pestered her for an update and she absoluty made my day when she called to say our bid was successful. She kept us informed of the progress at every stage and even the handover to the next person we are dealing with has been done in a professional manner. Well done Maddy, thank you for your help thus far and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a successful 2025

Maddy has been extremely helpful and very reliable throughout the process. She was always prompt in her responses, kept me updated, and made the entire experience much easier. I would highly recommend both her and the company to anyone in need of assistance. Thank you!

Recently worked with Maddy Evans at Property Solutions Group, and she made the process of putting in an offer and progressing to STC straightforward and stress-free. Her communication was excellent, consistently prompt and clear, and she handled all my queries efficiently. Maddy's professionalism and approachability made the experience much easier than I anticipated. I would highly recommend her and PSG to anyone navigating the property market.
