Property Rescue Arvostelua

A very deceptive company that acts as a middleman between estate agents / developers and clients. Property Rescue will target the vulnerable and evaluate their properties based on inaccurate information taken from other properties in the area. Eg if you are selling a 3 bed flat with river view and underground parking, it will take a 1 bed or studio in the same development with courtyard views and no parking and make you an offer 40% below the market rate. I think Property Rescue acts similar to an auction house when properties have to go through a sale due to repossession or probabe. It’s not your normal estate agent so pls be careful. It will entice you with “ perks “ such as paying your legal fees and a cash offer. Realistically, legal fees really are not that much. £1800-£2000 at most but this is one of their selling points

Everyone was very helpful and Emilio knew what he was doing. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house. I would like to thank them.

I had a good chat with Emelio about the options available to me regarding the potential sale of my house. It is a complex situation, but he took time to listen and gave me good advice - very patient! Thank you!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent.

Although unable to assist on this occasion,Emilio was very helpful and professional.

Friendly professional advice. Person who called was knowledgeable, helpful and gave impartial honest guidance. Felt total transparency of their costs and the service they offered

Emilio was very helpful and informative without any pressure and allowing plenty of time to consider.

Zelda and Emelio were great help!

They assisted me and provided me information and more, they made everything more understandable and went the extra mile for me

I was very nervous when I phoned Property Rescue. I was so relieved when Nicole started to explain the procedures that were available to me. She was clear, concise, and I knew she understood my situation. She was kind and put me at my ease. She said I would get further help from a colleague. He phoned me promptly, was courteous and very helpful.
What a great team ! Thank you so much

Big thank-you to Alex, very helpful, knew her stuff and pointed me in the right direction to help address a restrictive covenant issue. I could see she was passionate about her job and showed lots of empathy to my situation.

Thank-you so much

Joe

Thank you Alex for all your advise on the house problem.
You went out of your way to help and came up with some very good ideas.
Which I will take forward.
You are polite and nothing was to much trouble.

Thanks Emelio for taking me through the various options available to us as landlords. You listened and helped us balance the commercial/legal realities with our desire to act in the fairest way possible. We are left with a much clearer idea of the way forward .

Alex and Emelio have been super-helpful throughout the process of selling my flat. A leasehold property with some quirky features in need of a lease extension - Property Rescue have held my hand throughout; providing me with a superb conveyancing lawyer who negotiated with my rather recalcitrant freeholder. Prior to this team coming to my rescue I had had very disappointing experiences with a couple of other companies who make claims they do not live up to. I couldn't be happier with Property Rescue and I hope they go from strength to strength while the housing market is the minefield it has become. Thanks so much!

We contacted Emelio at Property Rescue about the complex sale of a house. He spoke to us, contacted his team and came back with a provisional offer within 18 hours of our first call. He explained his companies business model and how the law applies to our circumstances. Emelio was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to take up the company’s offer.

From the moment I called Property Rescue to the day after completion, Alex, Amy and Emelio have been professional and understanding throughout the process of selling my property. Every question was answered and they also made the process easier and a lot less stressful. Thank you for everything.

Alex was very professional and efficient when helping me, to decide the best way forward throughout the sale, if it was not for her and Emelio I think I would have given up selling my property, as I found the whole process very stressful with my personal issues at the time. She is a real asset to the company as well as Emelio, thank you guys so much, for also helping me with the waste collection service, 10/10.

Smooth process from start to finish, Zelda kept us informed all the way, would highly recommend for a quick sale at a reasonable price.

Zelda has been so amazing during this process. Always kept me updated of what she needed and what the next steps was. She’s very professional and polite. Shes helped me so much especially when it got abit stressful, she was there and made it easier for me. Really can’t thank her enough for what she has done. Would like to thanks Emelio too. Couldn’t ask for a better team

To be fair I thought that this company was like the rest. Out for what they could. I was mistaken. Zelda Amelio and the whole team bent over backwards to assist me with my house sale.
