Properties by Guru Arvostelua

We recieved an exceptional service from properties by Guru from the start to finish. The support and attention to detail for every step of the way was amazing. We put our 100% trust in to the company especially Guru who assured about everything when we spoke forthe first time on the phone to even until after the sale was completed. They found us the property that was well within our budget and sale was completed we within the time-frame that was set from the start. The advice and the solutions that were suggested to any of the issues for a quick resolution were commendable and we are so glad that we made that decision to go ahead.

We would recommend properties by Guru 100% to anyone who is looking to invest and not sure where to start from as we had no idea about property investment. Both Guru and Ali are available 24/7 for any questions and guiding and signposting to their exceptional team of other professionals needed to complete the journey hassle free.

My father and I invested together on our first property with Properties by Guru, and our experience has been exciting, positive and inspiring.

From the start, Guru and the team took the time to build a genuine rapport with us, answering questions and explaining the process. As a first-time investor myself, I particularly appreciated this.

Properties by Guru made what could have been a complicated investment journey completely stress-free from start to finish. They sourced a great property for me up north, guided me through the refinancing and refurbishment process, then helped me refinance again once the work was complete — and they've managed the property smoothly ever since. What really stood out was their communication: someone was always on hand to answer my questions and keep me updated at every stage. Their expertise across sourcing, financing, and renovation clearly comes from real experience, and having one team handle the entire process end to end made everything so much easier. I was so pleased with the results that I'm already undertaking my next project with them. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest with confidence.

Guru has been a massive help with my property journey. I’ve also seen a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into his BRRR projects, from the refurbs to the numbers and everything in between, and the work he does is genuinely great.

He’s always happy to give advice, share his experience and help point me in the right direction. Really knowledgeable about property and someone I’d definitely recommend working with!
