Project Property Arvostelua

Jake and Neil did an excellent job refurbishing one of my properties. They kept me updated clearly and consistently each week, worked efficiently, and kept close track of the budget throughout the project.

The finished property looks clean, fresh and very well presented, and I’m extremely satisfied with the result. Their communication, organisation and attention to the budget made the whole process straightforward.

I would happily recommend Project Property to anyone looking for a reliable and professional refurbishment team.

Clear budget & realistic goals set from the get go. Good communication throughout & perfectly happy with the end result. Would recommend!

Top job by a top guy. Will be using again on my next project and highly recommend Jake to anyone who’s got a refurb project coming up

I've just finished a project with Jake & Neil and my experience with them has been great since day one. Jake sourced the property with my requirements in mind, gave solid and realistic underwriting of deals and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. His quick and friendly communication really made the whole process comfortable, especially as a remote investor.

The refurb was well scoped and thoughtful in terms of optional things we might want to work on, I never felt like he was forcing work for the sake of it. Timing and completion of the works was also very impressive and everything looks like it's been done to a high standard. Neil also helped with project management and was friendly, transparent and great to work with.

As a remote investor it's difficult to feel like you can find people to trust, but I can definitely recommend Project Property - will happily use them again in the near future.

The smoothest, quickest, most stress free refurb I have every experienced! Many thanks, highly recommend!

We recently worked with Jake on a property renovation project and were extremely impressed with the results. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication stood out from the start.

From initial planning through to completion, the entire process was handled efficiently and with a high level of expertise. They demonstrated a strong understanding of B2B requirements—keeping to deadlines, managing the budget effectively, and addressing any challenges quickly with practical solutions.

The quality of workmanship was excellent, and it’s clear they take pride in delivering a high standard finish.

We would highly recommend them to any business looking for a reliable and skilled renovation partner, and we will definitely be using them again moving forward.

Property Project managed and

Jake made refurbishing my property very stress free and easy. He was very professional, responsive and reliable throughout the whole process. He kept me updated near enough ecery day, and provided a live costs spreadsheet which gave me peace of mind. The quality of the work and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Project Property managed a six figure refurbishment on a multi-unit freehold block coordinating with two remote investors. No easy feat, but both Jake and Neil made it feel seamless. A fantastic team with regular communication and full transparency throughout and always going above and beyond. Definitely the start of a great relationship, huge thanks and zero hesitation in recommending them.

Used Jake for our last project
Very honest and straight to the point guy
Breathe of fresh air in the building industry
Got the project completed ahead of schedule
Quality of the work was spot on
Would defo recommend!

Working with Project Property has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. As this was my first BRRR project, I was naturally a bit apprehensive, but Jake’s wealth of knowledge in both sourcing great deals and managing the refurbishment process made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.

What really impressed me was how truly hands-off the investment has been. Jake found a great balance between keeping me updated at every stage without overwhelming me with the day-to-day details and also being there to answer any questions I’ve had along the way. This meant I could focus on other commitments and also learn a few things about the process along the way.

The quality of the refurb has been excellent, Im about to refinance and you better believe I’ll pestering Jake to find my next deal!!

If you’re considering working with Project Property, I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!!

Jake managed our refurb from start to finish. Easy and transparent from the outset. We will be using Jake on our next project for sure!

Project property is the absolute best out there. Jake is the most patient and experienced person I met during this journey of becoming an investor. Very straightforward, gives great advice and just all round professional. Even when we ran into some issues with a vendor, I was able to quickly recover from it because of Jake's help and encouragement. I strongly recommend Project property to any new or old property investor.

Couldn’t be happier with the professional service provided recently by Jake at Project Property.
Really knowledgeable, genuine and respectable guy who has managed to secure me an amazing BRR deal.
Ive recommended him to other investors I know in the game and I’m looking forward to working with Jake again soon to find my next investment property.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jake on a property. Jake is incredibly knowledgable and his skill and passion for all things property shines through. I’m looking forward to more opportunities to collaborate with him and Project Property in the future.

Sourced a BRR through project property, using the broker and solicitor Jake recommended. We completed in less than 6 weeks. The refurbishment is currently underway and going well. Regular updates on progress and on track and budget. Fingers crossed to get the end valuation advertised. My experience so far has been excellent and Jake is always on hand to answer any queries, making my second BRR a breeze. This was worth it for me and my partner as we wanted a fully hands off investment projeft after how time consuming our first one was on our own and mistakes we made. Would highly recommend Jake and his team.

If you want a genuine great hands off service, use project property!

I had done plenty of research about buy to lets in the north when I came across Jake’s Instagram, I reached out and we had a free initial call. The call was so detailed with examples and different options for my budget. I could tell Jake was experienced and genuine so was happy for him to source me a property.

We set the requirements and a suitable property was found within several weeks which needed a small refurb. Jake not only managed the refurb effectively and helped with the design but also handed me to a great letting agent at the end, and we have achieved £50pcm more than the original numbers which is a great bonus! When I refinance I will 100% be using Project property again.

When I reached out to Jake he was super helpful and thorough. He got back to me straight away, made me feel secure and like I was investing in the right direction. Since our first meeting I have Invested with him and currently wanting to do more business this way. Can not recommend enough!
