We value your feedback and want to be clear that we are committed to delivering exactly what our customers pay for. Delays or incomplete deliveries are not our standard, and we understand the frustration when expectations are not met.
In reviewing your case, we found that your page was deleted during the promotion, which caused the order to be only partially fulfilled. For promotions to work, the page must remain accessible throughout the campaign. Our email records also show that we offered you a partial refund, but did not receive a response.

Hi,
The average delivery time is around 5 days, but it ultimately depends on the specific package you selected.
Please note that the current status doesn't mean your order has been delivered — it simply indicates that your request has been forwarded to our PR team. The expected delivery timeframe is outlined in the package description.
I didn't get anything

FAKE PLAYS/STREAMS!
Spotify will remove your songs/eps/albums if you purchase from this site. They are a bunch of scamming crooks. Do not give them your money.
EDIT 30/07/2025
Lying about the "emails not being sent" and seeing "no sign of music being removed" are exactly that. LIES! If you were to check your inboxes, you'll see that I've sent you 3 emails on the matter accompanied by screenshots of proof that my music got removed.

Will keep your money
I paid for a service on June 5th, 2025. The initial payment failed, and I received an email with alternative payment options. I chose PayPal and sent a screenshot of the completed payment to their support team. I never received a response.
On June 6th, I followed up with additional screenshots from both my bank and PayPal showing the payment went through. I was told they hadn’t received the payment and that I would be placed "on hold." That’s completely unacceptable you were paid for a service. If $40 is that serious to you, keep it. I’ve lost more in Las Vegas, NV.
Edit: After contacting PayPal directly, they confirmed the payment had indeed been received. I sent that confirmation to the company, and suddenly they acknowledged the transaction. They then asked if I wanted to proceed or request a refund. I chose the refund due to their unprofessionalism. Afterward, they told me they would only issue the refund if I removed my review. That’s not how business works completely shady and unethical.
2nd edit: refund received and my review will remain

My name is Makhosi from South Africa trading as 1000Kings, I recently started using Promosound’s music promotion services for my tracks on SoundCloud and YouTube.
I’m thrilled with the results.
Their targeted promotion delivered real, organic growth—my plays, likes, and followers spiked noticeably within days.
I even started getting messages from new fans on SoundCloud praising my work, which was a huge boost. The service feels tailored, and the engagement is genuine, not bot-driven.
I’m excited to use Promosound again for my upcoming projects to keep growing my fanbase. Highly recommend for artists looking to stand out

Dear Terry,
You have purchased one day ago. Please note that it's important to check the delivery time for each package before placing an order, as we are not an instant service. According to our records, your order has now been completed.
Additionally, we have not received any emails from you regarding this matter.
AVOID
This is is how Promosound operate.....I bought 100 YouTube Likes costing a small amount and that went OK...this 'reeled' me in and gave me confidence to place another order which involved much more money for YouTube views and nothing happened. I emailed them but got no reply. I've noticed they usually respond to negative reviews by saying they can't find an Order or Email address and that sort of thing and want you to get involved in lengthy communications. In my email to them I've offered to delete this review if they complete the Order but so far nothing. AVOID THIS OUTFIT

Hi Ian,
We’ve attempted to locate your account in our database using the information available, but we were unable to identify you. Additionally, you did not provide an order ID or the email address associated with your purchase.
Please note that all our orders are delivered within the specified delivery timeframe—not instantly.
If you're certain your order hasn't been delivered and you purchased through our website, kindly reach out to us again at infopromosound@gmail.com with your order details so we can assist you further.
Before submitting your review, you had the option to provide your order ID, as this feature has been available for many months now. However, we did not receive it from you. You can still share your order ID by including it in your review, replying to our “request for further information” on Trustpilot, or by contacting us via email. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify your order based solely on the content of your review.

CHOOSE SOME OTHER COMPANY !
I placed an order at 3.13pm for 1000 followers and 100 likes for my page. It was supposed to be an instant service. It was only partially completed after 11hours after several emails to cancel my order. In my 1st email I told them that in case they were not going to refund me I was going to open a claim with my bank. They answered me "IF YOU DO SO THERE WILL BE ISSUES WITH YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE" This people are Russian after all, what can you expect ?! Better to stay away from this company and choose a better one

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We’d like to clarify that each package on our website clearly states its expected delivery time, which ranges from 2 to 5 days depending on the service selected. Nowhere do we advertise or guarantee "instant" delivery. This was communicated to you via email several times.
We understand that delays can be frustrating, but initiating a dispute while the service is still being delivered—within the promised timeframe—is unfair and goes against the terms outlined on our website. When this happens, it results in both the completed service and a full refund, which is not an acceptable outcome. We have systems in place to detect and address such cases moving forward.
Additionally, we would like to strongly address your comment regarding our team’s background. We are a company with Ukrainian roots and have no association whatsoever with russia. Making assumptions based on nationality or origin is not only inaccurate but inappropriate.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage all customers to review our service details carefully before placing an order.
