Hi
We’re very sorry to hear you feel this way. Your order is currently 75% completed, and the remaining part is still in progress. Because this was a larger-than-usual order, it requires more time to deliver safely and fully — but please rest assured, the remaining delivery is actively continuing until it’s 100% complete.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re committed to making sure you receive everything you ordered.
⚠️ Scam Alert — Fake Streams, Lost Money, and Spotify Strike
⚠️ Scam Alert — Fake Streams, Lost Money, and Spotify Strike
I used Promo Sounds to promote my music, and it was a huge mistake. They completely scammed me. The streams they gave me were fake — Spotify literally reached out to let me know that the activity was fraudulent and even issued a strike on my account.
My numbers started disappearing soon after, and it was obvious the streams weren’t organic. They weren’t coming from playlists or real listeners — I saw 86 “listeners” all from random, suspicious sources at the exact same time.
When I reached out to Promo Sounds asking for a refund, they refused to give my money back. They just ignored the issue and didn’t take any responsibility.
Don’t waste your money. It’s a total scam. If you care about your artist profile and want to grow naturally, stay far away from Promo Sounds.

Bad experience …
One of the worst honestly first I don’t get it why they do not respond is that customer service professional? People are paying money to get a service the least Promosound can do is deliver the full order. I paid so much to get TikTok views on a post first of all, my all views dropped down so I had to purchase from another site asap, then on top after confronting they say you already have it like wat a joke. It’s because the views you provided dropped obvs I’m guna buy somewhere else.
Not only just this I recently purchased basic package I received the likes and views but the followers of 1k no where near. I literally emailed them if they can’t complete the order just issue me a damn refund I can take my business somewhere else. This is so frustrating man I paid it nothing comes free 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😭

Hi Alana,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and the issues you’ve experienced.
Please note that we provide a refill guarantee for dropped views, likes, or followers, and we can restore them if you notice a decrease. However, we are unable to provide refills once services from other providers have been used on the same account, as this creates conflicts in the delivery.
Regarding your most recent order, we can see that the likes and views were delivered, while the followers package is still in progress. The delivery time may vary depending on the package size, and we kindly ask for your patience as the order completes.
We completely understand your concerns and want to resolve this for you. If you prefer, we can also convert the pending part of your order to another service of equal value, with a bonus included from our side.
Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll do our best to make sure you’re satisfied.
Great service

This company will deliver streams to your spotify, but they will be flagged by spotify as artificial and fake & your entire album & singles will be removed from the platform.
If you want your music removed from spotify, use this service. Currently requesting a refund but haven’t heard anything yet.
I had 3 albums taken down, 1 EP, and 1 single

Scam from start to finish
Scam from start to finish. They send the saves and plays, then within hours everything vanishes. No refill, no refund, no reply to a single email. I’m now taking them to small claims court to recover my money. Do not waste a cent on these frauds.

SCAMMMMMM!!!
SCAMMMMMM!!!! bought tiktok followers and paid through PayPal. Because my credit card “didn’t work” (which I also believe is a lie) paid my $20 and they didn’t even reply, or send a confirmation or even answer my emails. The phone number doesn’t even work. Please stay away from this business since they don’t even reply. A bunch of liars and a waste of money. SCAMMERS.

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM, STAY AWAY
Stay away from this company they are scammers and don't deliver nothing. First I did a trial buy a small order on 15th of July which they delivered, but now i lost all this Spotify followers. On the 19th of July I did pay for another campaign , where they have not delivered nothing, just scammed me for $66. I wrote an email like 10 times which they don't respond to my messages. STAY AWAY, SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. the reply from them is also a lie, i have proof of all the mails i have sent and the email address they reply with here now, it's not the mail to support who they have on their website or on the order confirmation. Stay away from this shady company. it has now been 3 weeks and i still got nothing. I also checked in total i have sent 23 emails and also opened a ticket on the website which they don't reply.
