Ordered 2 hoodies and a t shirt, finally arrived after 2 months but 1 Hoodie was missing and had a note saying out of stock and to contact customer service. Contacted customer service and just changed the colour from white to black - now waited almost a month since then and it's still not been shipped. Could've been such an easy message to ask if black instead of white was okay and just sent with the first package. I do really like the quality of the Academia Lucaria hoodie and the pontiff sulyvhan t shirt though and would recommend if you don't mind waiting 2 months. Cannot give a review of the vagabond hoodie as still waiting for it to arrive. I wouldn't have minded the poor shipping times if something had been done to apologize for the poor service eg a cheeky free pair of socks but no.

I really love a lot of the designs and the overall aesthetic. I will say in the past the shipping experience has been hit or miss, but they have always tried to make any orders that arrived late right one way or another. That is my only real problem.

The product itself is very high quality, and I love the shirts I have received. Again, it has taken longer than expected in the past to receive orders, but they are also a smaller company. Sometimes that can happen, and they will always try to make the situation right.

Amazing products, long shipping times, though it might only be for international customers

With smaller clothing companies, especially dealing with Japanese-themed artstyles(anime, street art, etc .) I'm pretty wary as most of the graphics tend to fray after a few washes. Not an issue in the slightest with Project Orochi, I've bought from them a few times and the couple shirts I've had for over a year still look good as new + the material is on the thicker end which I appreciate.

The ease of ordering was great. I appreciate all the communication to keep us informed when they feel they fell short of the high standards they put on themselves. Like when the new project launched, they let us know right away that there was a glitch on the site, saying certain items were out of stock already, and letting us know that they weren’t. Which was a good thing because I went back and was able to order the one that I had wanted.
Great job guys! Great service. Great value for your money. Great product!

Although I went through shipping delays due to some issues with their machines having problems during the time of my order, the product itself looks and feels amazing.

Did not have a good experience with this company at all… a shirt I ordered with express shipping arrived with a huge blue stain on the bottom and when I contacted customer service they told me I’d need to ship it back at my own cost for an exchange. Then, two other shirts that I’d ordered without express shipping took over TWO WEEKS just to ship!

Fantastic brand with even better product. Stumbled upon it through youtube and it has some of the best designs I have seen. 10/10 will shop again
