Honestly speaking the was long. The hoodie is better than expected.

The designs are so artistic and dont scream anime which i love❤
I wore my belmont hoodie to work and nobody knew it was gaming related but everyone liked the art. Very high quality stuff.

Took a while to get here but that was due to the Christmas rush and they emailed multiple times reassuring it would be delivered after the holidays, great customer support and I love the material of pre-shrunk cotton, all in all amazing brand for gaming/anime merch

Just reached silver tier in the prestige program and the points are great. They really care about their community and the packaging felt special. It feels more like a club then just a store.

The company provides an order number, but when you try to look up the order number, it doesn’t exist. It’s been over a month since ordering and can’t get so much as a status out of them. They just tell you it’s 3-5 days to process and 5-7 for shipping. Ruined a Christmas gift. Never again

Ordered several sweatshirts for Christmas and they didn’t disappoint! The material was good quality and the images looked great. The company did an awesome job of communicating when my items would ship and I received them in a timely manner. Keep up the great work!

I'm incredibly happy with the hoodie that I purchased from your site. My daughter loves the fact that you incorporate the characters from the video games that she enjoys playing. The one draw back that I had was not having the ability to use my debit cards for purchase as your site doesn't accept them,other then that I will be making a purchase again .

The single worst experience I’ve ever had ordering from a company online. Not only were the customer support people awful to deal with, but the CEO sent out a marketing note to customers joking about skipping town with customer money. So I flagged the transaction as fraud and got a refund from my bank.

Product took 1+ month to finally arrive, and was not as described. It looks like a $15 hoodie pressed in cheap paint, and the faint marks are on there to show it was rushed. Product also does not fit correctly as described either, and would easily shrink if it had one trip in the dryer.

I can’t stress this enough, do not give them $100+ for a product that they don’t have the supply chain to handle shipping for (despite constant flood of social media marketing) nor the full IP rights to sell online. I really hope this helps others who are considering purchasing from them.

Well done, sometimes long shipping but always quality product

I never received my order, not sure why they offer international shipping if things don’t really arrive, after 2 months they re sent it but a week has gone by and it hasn’t even been shipped.

Good service and excellent product quality

This is the most honest review there is with pros and cons

PROS: great quality and designs and feel great on the skin. Pretty good cold resistance so you won’t freeze if you wear them in the winter.

CONS: Shipping can take a while, normally it can take around a month and around holidays it can be 1-2 months.

PS. The clothes are a little smaller than you think so if you normally wear a S you should get a M and if you normally wear M you should get the L

This is just from self experience so I might not be right about everything!
