Right from the start, it was a great experience. The sales team knew what was needed, the solution design was explained very well, and we were happy with the number of Solar panels required for future-proofing. An experienced engineer carried out another survey before the installation; absolutely excellent quality there too. Installation was done smoothly and perfectly. Post-sales service is excellent. The support and account team was in touch and guided us on how to use the App and what happens next with the completion documents. It's been just over a month, and we can already see the difference in the bill. The true test of the Solar Panels will be in the winter months with Ambient sunlight.

The survey team needed to do better as on the day of fitting .2 radiators were not the correct size .these we changed quickly and install team did a great job .the management team need to have better communication with the customer and install team fir up to date info but aside from that the system is working well

Solar panels were fitted 6 days ago and we have found all Project Heating Solutions staff very pleasant, professional, knowledgable and efficient, from Arlo, the Sales Rep, Dan the Surveyor, all the fitters, Michael on the helpline and Kika in the office.
The app seems to have more info than we'll ever need, day to day, but appears easy to use - we are still learning what it's telling us though and it has been easy to get through to Michael on the helpline.

Everything from start to completion followed the sequence which was outlined in detail by Project Heating Solutions. Everything is working well and we are pleased with the outcome. In the main the solar panels were fitted with little mess and some tidying. There were however boxes left in the loft which we have to remove. Telephone support is excellent. Over all a very positive experience.

I wrote a negative but honest review of these on here in recent weeks but was contacted by the rep who claimed he had been on holiday and they had messed up a lot of his jobs, felt sorry for him so with some adjustment I decided to go ahead with a new install date which was emailed to me with the amended price. Rang day before install to book the install that was already booked in! also she quoted a higher price, when I corrected her re the email details she said she would get back to me, guess what? she never did, I then rang the following day to see what was happening and told the person dealing with it was busy but would ring back in 5 minutes, surprise surprise never did. These are a dishonest, unreliable bunch of muppets that have no understanding of the word SERVICE, even the reps phone isn't responsive, he's either embarrassed or found a proper job AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would recommend this company to anyone whom is interested as they conducted this transaction with the utmost professionalism and speed.

The installation team were polite and worked quick and diligently.
The customer care team were always on hand to answer any questions. Michael at the office in Doncaster has been exceptional in helping set up the app as well as helping with relatives installation on the app - Great credit to your team.

Team arrived on time, very pleasant and polite. Answers where given to any questions we asked.
However we were supposed to have a call back explaining the app.

Financial projections are ridiculous and criminal. Clearly praying on people who can’t properly calculate the value of an investment.

In a recent quote to an elderly relative they assume 7% inflation for 25 years and doesn’t take into account the present value of future cash flows which is a joke.

Assuming normal inflation (2%) and discounting at a cost of capital of (8%) the present value of the energy savings is less than the cost of the investment.

I found the two fella’s that came to do the install and replace. Likeable well mannered, and polite. But also hard working and didn’t stop from 7am to 7pm. As they were only two of them.(apparently a man down). They didn’t stop for a brew, smoke. Or dinner. But yet was reassuring and knew exactly what, when, where they were with the change over.

Very pleased with the installation of our solar panels They we’re installed with great efficiency and we are now able to store electricity in our large battery and the cost of our electricity is now greatly reduced

Disappointed that the company does not offer a service contract. So far the system has been fantastic with very little problem the overflow under the unit leaks as the pipe has not been fitted correctly- they assured us that they would return to correct it but never have! Recently we have a major problem as we currently have no hot water or heating. Speaking to the tech support today we were advised to switch off the unit, this hasn't worked so an engineer is coming (next Tuesday! )to sort and charging a £ 180 call out fee! To add insult to injury we have to do with out hot water for five days! Two elderly people etc!
