They don’t care about taking care of the customers. I accidentally look at more than one loan to compare and they red flagged me. Then they wanted all the personal things about me. I try to talk to someone higher up to expedite it and i kept trying the circles. Very annoying and I will tell everyone to avoid them since they are good at avoiding the customers

I would put zero stars. First I got approved and they told me congrats on receiving approval then when I went to the store I was not able to login because of two emails then I had them merged. After that I call them to make sure everything good ( progressive leasing states yes go ahead and finish on email then exactly same thing occured once I got off the phone wasn't working couldn't finish and I made final call to only to hear I'm not sure what's going you can try back in thirty days no I'm good I will not be using them in the future. All the running around only to not fix whatever the issue is.

Thanks for getting back to me,didn't mean to be angry and I've done business with you before,they just need to do better, especially that salesperson,even I would have called after I brought up your account so the application wouldn't be denied.

If I could put this as a zero, I would know their approval process was absolutely ridiculous. They instantly approve everybody, but then they deny you based on a credit card that you put on file which in fact has money in it, including the total finance asked amount the Customer Service does a horrible job at explaining what is actually going on you have to call them 1 million times to find out what’s even going on, but hey, everything happens for a reason I would definitely not finance with them in the near future.

I got progressive leasing, because I work at big lots. We are supposed to be selling it. I wanted to give it a try. It sounded like a good deal. Except for the hidden fees because what they put on your lease agreement is not what you owe you do. In fact, have to math and figure out your own taxes. Otherwise, you're going to get a surprise bill. If you try to pay it off within the ninety days, you also get taxed. The full ninety days even if you pay it off sooner. I called customer service to explain to me exactly how the taxes were being calculated she said multiply it by 0.075% i did that, and the math came out wrong. Go figure. I wanted a call from a supervisor I got one but unfortunately I missed it because I have 3 children. And I was already on the phone with them for over an hour. Just to figure out how much taxes i'm being charged. So I called again and never received a second phone call. They just casually sent me a cost breakdown. In my email, which I never received prior to my phone call, which broke everything down, which made more sense. But it wasn't provided during the agreement that I signed. Knowing all this, the agreement is very muddy. Wording, and they do it on purpose. You don't know exactly how much taxes you're being charged until you get a surprise bill. When you try to pay off your bill.... i will not be pushing progressively. Seeing at my store specifically. Because I feel it is dishonest and not up front about how much you actually owe. They make it a math problem. The customer service rep. I talked to was very sweet. I never got to talk to the manager because he didn't care.

I have been asking for a receipt for the money they said they received from my bank account they keep giving me the run around and they dont say they received the money the worst customer service i have ever seen

I've placed a order for a craftsman 30inch mower for lease. They LIED to me many times about the order being placed. THEN the last person that I spoke to FINALLY said yeah it wasn't placed. And didn't go through. I had gone on a MANHUNT to every store around me to find this mf order just to e told 3 days later yeah we didn't even place it

The worst after so many leasing had with them in the past and always paid them off earlier (less than 3 months) now they came out with the bullshit we can’t approve you this time because of the credit bureaus, me checking my credit reports and not having any issues at all, so that’s a lie but also, they say “no credit needed” and I have over 600 credit score, excellent payment history (never missed or payed late). That’s the way they treat their loyal customer! Unbelievable!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT EXPECT HELP WHEN THERE’S A PROBLEM.

I have been calling Progressive Leasing since Saturday and have spoken with at least 10 different representatives, and this has easily been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with.

Nothing but the runaround, excuses, empty promises, and being passed from person to person. I was told my issue was supposed to be submitted and handled, yet days later, NOTHING has been done. Every time I call back, it’s another story, another excuse, and another representative trying to rush me off the phone instead of actually solving the problem.

What’s even worse is the complete lack of urgency or concern. It feels like nobody wants to take ownership of anything. They brush you off, tell you whatever will get you off the phone, and then leave the next representative to deal with it when you inevitably have to call back.

10+ representatives for ONE issue and still no resolution is ridiculous. At some point, this stops being a misunderstanding and becomes a serious customer-service problem.

If you’re considering using Progressive Leasing, understand that everything may seem fine until you actually NEED assistance. Based on my experience, getting someone to genuinely help, follow through, and provide a solution is almost impossible.

Progressive Leasing seriously needs to reevaluate its customer service, accountability, and how it handles customers’ concerns. I would not recommend this experience to anybody

Applied in a store and they've been giving me the run around after all my information was sent multiple times since Saturday because it started coming off as a scam I had them cancel my application, to much of a hassle

The WORST company. I will never use them again. I've used them a few times. I never had an issue with them up until today. I always do the 90 days no interest and paid them on the due date for the 90 day. Then I get a notification stating I still owe them $2k. I called and the rep said that it doesn't matter the day I paid because the payment didn't post until 3 days later which I have no control over since I used the banking info they had on my account to pay it off. I told her I won't pay and they can come get their merchandise then she proceeded to say they can do a one time courtesy and I can pay $78 which is the taxes from the 10th-13th. I told her I could send her my screenshot for proof that it was submitted on the day it needed to be but they didn't care. I will never use them again. THEIVES!

I am filing this complaint regarding Progressive Leasing's continued attempts to withdraw funds from my bank account after my lease was settled in full.

Before accepting a settlement, I contacted Progressive Leasing on multiple occasions to verify the status of my account. Each time, I was informed that my account was current and up to date. After speaking with a loan specialist, we mutually agreed on an early settlement amount to resolve the account and end the lease agreement. I paid the agreed-upon settlement amount in full, with the understanding that this payment would satisfy my obligation and close the account.

Despite fulfilling my end of the agreement, Progressive Leasing has continued attempting to withdraw additional funds from my bank account without my authorization. I have not agreed to any further payments or authorized any additional electronic withdrawals after the settlement was paid.

These unauthorized withdrawal attempts have been documented by my financial institution, Navy Federal Credit Union, and I have notified them of the issue.

I acknowledge that I did not initially meet the requirements of the 90-Day Same as Cash program, and I accepted responsibility for that. That is precisely why I worked with a Progressive Leasing representative to reach a fair settlement that would resolve the matter amicably. I honored that agreement by paying the negotiated amount in full.

I am requesting that Progressive Leasing immediately cease all collection and withdrawal attempts, confirm that my account has been settled and closed, and provide written confirmation that no further balance is owed. Continuing to attempt to withdraw funds after a negotiated settlement is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company's business practices.

I expect this matter to be resolved promptly

Coustomer peolpe sucks...dont read the notes on computer.They give you wrong moved even created a new account when you dondt have to.

I tried them for a refrigerator at Lowes. The 90 day start time was confusing and I missed the window from it all. They would not extend it for me as I explained that I thought I had two weeks left instead of one week to pay off the merchandise as they explained. I just needed that additional week. As a result, I was forced to pay almost three times the cost of the merchandise, with early payoff options that double the price off the bat. I made weekly payments and then got a notice I would be laid off. I called them just to see if there were any options. I already paid the price of the product off plus additional money, so I thought they would work with me. NO, I would still need to make a payment equal to half the price of the product, continue with weekly to pay the almost three times the price or allow it to be repossessed. I would not take their offer unless you are absolutely sure of the consequences and the timing of it all. Their unwillingness to reasonably work with their clients blew me away. Quite shocking, especially with no financial loss in it for them.

This company should be prosecuted

Horrible. Had a great experience on my first order. Absolutely flawless. So i go to use them again. And im hit with this incredible list of documents. I need to submit. Maybe 7 or 8 different things. And I do t understand why the change. Its totally unreasonable. I own my business so that means I need 4 different forms of paystubs. And everything on God's green earth with my name on it. Will never get my business back.

I have tried a number of times get this corrected with you and you have WASTED my time. I cannot reach a supervisor and I am not going to pay for a product I returned. I just checked and my mattress which is the ONLY product I kept was $505.36 so I will remit a payment for that. The remainder should be refunded and I will NEVER pay that amount. Fix this or know I will be filing a complaint with the FTC over this incompetence. 

The system has regressed and it's just extremely disappointing. I would not recommend that you use it. This was was my third purchase with them & I had to cancel it.

If you want to end up paying triple for something this is your place! Should be named aggressive leasing.
