Great company, really enjoyed their PM course and their online toolbox is a valuable resource.

Well structured and organized course. I can recommend it.

Not only was the training engaging, but it was immediately obvious the value. All delegates were from the same company, although we mostly worked in different parts of the business, in silos, and now we have a working network putting into practice what we learnt. I have been on a lot of courses in my time, this was by far the best and most effective!

Amazing training! Louise and Anne are super knowledgeable and experienced trainers. Both during the live training and in the online toolbox, the content is very extensive and contains many real-world examples that capture your imagination. I can highly recommend the in-person training over some online course. Our group dynamics were great and there was a lot of room to discuss personal examples.
No matter if you're new to product management or you have already some years of experience like me, this essentials course is super helpful. Highly recommended!

Product Focus provided an excellent introduction to the fundamentals of product management. They clearly explained the core aspects of the role. While I would have enjoyed more exercises specific to our company, I understand that establishing a solid theoretical foundation was essential first.

Excellent course packed with useful information and insight!

The PM Essentials course was really educational. The instructors were knowledgeable, warm, and fun.
The location was really nice, and the food was tasty and wholesome (much healthier than the usual course catering).

Really interactive learning experience with senior PMs who understand our problems & needs

The interactive exercises are very helpful.
There is definitely a need to go into more detail on some of the topics though as they were just touched on very briefly before moving swiftly on.

I am working in Product Management for quite a while already but it was good to get reminded on some strategies and tools and I learned new insights as well.

As working in product management for many years the content was a good refresher for me. I like the tool box.

Alan was able to present his broad industry knowledge around PM and provide a great overview of all that it entails.

Perhaps a thought to consider within the presentation pack - may be to include real life testimonials (videos) of lessons learnt from industry professions. Short videos of 2-3 minutes that have a powerful message of things that went wrong, and what they learnt, and how they navigated through difficult environments.

And perhaps one or two that went well, and their journey through the process...

Just a thought bubble.

All in all .. the training was very helpful, and relevant.

Took the Leading Product Management course online in Feb. Two very experienced facilitators/presenters, and a balanced group of candidates.

Useful subject matter, and the action planning at the end helped me to think about how I could embed my learnings back with the team.

The educational content was very informative, and the program flowed smoothly without any interruptions. And what was surprising was that Paul, the educator, passionately taught for three days without sitting down even once, making eye contact. Since I'm not a native English speaker, it was not easy for me to understand when the lecture was fast. So I tried to concentrate during my education, but I felt somewhat left out. I learned a lot, and I plan self-study for things I didn't understand. Overall, I was satisfied with the education.

The course facilitators are masters of product management who bring extensive professional experience to complement and colour the broad content and group exercises.
