This was a fantastic product management training course. The structure of each day, with a combination of group and individual exercises was really helpful along with all the tools and techniques. The trainer - Louise - was also brilliant throughout. Really engaging and allowed time for questions and discussions to flow. Overall, a great course that I would highly recommend.

Great training providing a comprehensive overview of the role and responsibilities of Product Management. I particularly appreciated the trainer’s practical industry experience, the useful tools presented, and the hands-on exercises that allowed us to directly apply what we had learned.

The course also provided valuable insights into the importance of Product Management within an organization, as well as stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

It would have been interesting to have more time to explore some specific tools and topics in greater depth. However, I understand that the main objective of the course was to provide a broad and comprehensive overview of Product Management, which it achieved very well.

Our facilitator Louise was very knowledgeable, was able to help any attendant of the course with specific questions to their business as well as the public course content which I appreciated. The course was a good balance of heavy content delivered by the facilitator and interactive sessions for engaging with the content. The London venue was easy to get to, and had fantastic food too!

Overall, the experience was very positive. The facilities and the preparatory communication were well-organized and provided clear and useful information upfront, which helped set the right expectations.
The course itself is well-suited for individuals who are new to product management. It offers a solid overview of the role, responsibilities, and what is expected, enabling participants to quickly get up to speed.
The trainer demonstrated strong subject-matter expertise and effectively used real-life examples and interactive exercises. This made the sessions engaging, practical, and relevant throughout.

Great training course with highly experienced trainer. Cyril was our trainer and had great knowledge and was able to apply is experience across a number of industries. The course content was at an appropriate level for attendees with various experience and backgrounds. Additionally, access to the Product Focus 'toolbox' is a great source of information following the course.

The course was well organized, and the materials were well designed and carefully thought through. I also appreciated the overall approach. It was an engaging course. The lecturer was very skilled and with a real-life experience.

However, personally, I had some difficulty with the direct application of the course materials to hardware development. In particular, I found it challenging to clearly connect some of the concepts to the practical needs and constraints of early-stage hardware development. For this reason, I felt that the course was useful and valuable, but not fully directly applicable to my current work or field. That is why I rated it 4

Great training from Cyril Le Roux ; an A-to-Z scope about Product Management that enables personal growth in this vast domain.

I recently completed a Product Management training with Product Focus, and it was a very valuable experience, especially as someone new to the role. The training provided a strong overview of key Product Management methodologies and practical tools that I can immediately apply in my daily work.
What I particularly appreciated was the practical approach. Linda and Matthew used many real-life examples and hands-on cases, making the concepts easier to understand and remember. The exercises and discussions were especially relevant for physical products, which made the training even more applicable to my current context.
The sessions helped me better understand how to structure product decisions, prioritize effectively, and think more strategically about product value. Overall, the training was well-organized, engaging, and highly practical. I would definitely recommend Product Focus training to anyone starting their journey in Product Management or looking to strengthen their fundamentals.

I found this course spot on, well worked through, and executed by excellent instructors (Mathew and Linda). The course blens relevant parts of all areas you might encounter in product management, from idea inception to your go-to-market strategy. I'm not sure how they managed to get all that into one week of half-days, but somehow it worked, felt light-weight (I still had time to catch up on work-emails before and after class), yet very in-depth at times. And, you'll have the opportunity to deep dive into all different areas yourself when needed later on. Which is probably the better approach, to bring out and work through the frameworks when you have an actual product in that stage. Many thanks to the instructors for an excellent week and I look forward to applying all the new learnings into my work!
