Excellent product and service
This is our first time introducing a raw food diet for our two Frenchies and they love it! Clean bowls every day. We opted for a variety pack of 20, which arrived promptly, well packaged and still frozen. We will definitely be subscribing from now on.

After contacting the helpline I was contacted by Alison. A great nutritionist who really helped me with making sure we’d chosen the right bundle for our 10 month old Lab retriever after we had made a connection with having an intolerance to chicken. Following on from this I spoke to Caroline Spencer, a behaviourist who gave equally amazing advice. This is amazing & invaluable to have these specialist experts on hand. My contact was the 5/11/25 and the new food bundle was dispatched and with us the 6/11/25
Honestly can’t thank you enough. The food is great. Comes frozen in perfect storage tubs as well. Our dog loves the food.

Excellent service and support.
I have a 5yr old cockerpoo called Woolly who is a fussy eater.
We have 2 members of our family who have already switched to RawDog Pro with 100% success, so we decided to give it a go.
Woolly absolutely loved it from the word go, but his tummy was taking time to adjust, so we contacted the Nutritionist (Alison) from RDP via email.
Alison responded almost immediately and asked specific questions, which we answered.
Later that same day Alison rang me and we chatted for 25 minutes.
She gave me excellent and honest advice about our issues.
She said the RawDog diet doesn't suit all dogs and promised to ring me again in a few days to see how Woolly was getting on.
Alison was a woman of her word and rang back.
We had followed her advice, which was working.
During the call I asked Alison further questions which she answered readily and easily.
Woolly is a very happy chappy and I am very pleased that at last we've found a product that is not only nutritious but he loves to eat.
I highly recommend anyone thinking of trying a raw diet to contact this company first.

My Lab Loves it
My previously fussy Labrador has been fed raw food from about 6 months old. We had tried many alternatives but ProDog Raw is by far the best; the difference it has made is amazing. His coat is shinier, his energy levels are fantastic, and his digestion has really improved. I love knowing he’s getting the best possible nutrition.
The customer service team is brilliant too — always quick to respond to any questions and nothing is too much trouble. What really sets them apart is the expert advice; incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help with any questions.

Order not delivered on time, poor customer service.
My order has not been delivered on the expected day. They seem to find it acceptable that a courier can deliver it a day later than the given date. Well it is not. Neither is it acceptable that when it arrives a day late if any of it is defrosted I will have to go through a complete rigmarole WITHIN 1 HOUR of delivery to make a claim against them. I will not be able to do that, no one will be here tomorrow. I have asked them to cancel the delivery and refund me - they will not. Incidentally my own business involves sending out perishable goods, we use a 24 hour service, if it fails we give our customers the benefit of the doubt without expecting them to jump through impossible hurdles. The way I have been treated by this company is outrageous.

I realise this situation has been frustrating, particularly with the courier involved, and I’ll make sure your feedback about DHL and delivery performance is passed directly to our logistics team for review.
While we may not be able to reach the outcome you were hoping for, please know that your feedback will be taken seriously and used to inform our ongoing service improvements.
We must be clear on expectations that we do outline that delivery estimates must allow for up to 24 hours of delay and our packaging keeps the integrity of parcels for this period, as we regularly send to 2 day delivery areas.
With this in mind, please always ensure you are available for your estimated delivery date and the following day to avoid these circumstances.
After contacting our customer service team this morning, we have been advised that the utmost has been done to ensure this is delivered ASAP today.

I have a 5-year-old cockapoo who turned his nose up at all food and has allergies. Since I have decided to put him on raw food, ProDog Raw is the only food I've given him, and he loves it. Never fails to eat his entire bowl, his coat is soft, and he's had no issues whatsoever. Also the customer service is 10/10.

ProDog Raw is delivered to our doorstep already frozen, and in 500gm boxes, different from chicken, and mixes of the above. That's what I have for my dog, but there are quite a few different mixes.
The back up team are very good and patient and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them, they are brilliant.
I thoroughly recommend the whole company, from ordering to your dog enjoying their dinner!!

The food is really great and my pup…
The food is really great and my pup loves it. Packaging is really good and the tubs all stack neatly. There is also feeding guidelines on the box which was really helpful. Nothing but good ingredients in the food which is perfect. . After a small delay with my order due to an issue with the courier the staff at prodog were very quick at getting a replacement order sent out to me and kept me updated along the way.

A Cut Above the Rest!
I have fed our dogs on raw for quite some time but ProDog Raw takes raw feeding to another level. The quality and variety of the food is second to none and what’s more you can avoid chicken and/or beef and still get good variety. We have a dog with a severe chicken allergy and we discovered the cause of her discomfort with the help of ProDog Raw’s fabulous nutritionalist; Alison. She supported us through a desperate time, enabling us to eliminate our dog’s scratching. She is no longer covered in sores and her coat is deeply shiny. All achieved without a single and potentially costly visit to the vet.
All this and so much more!
Just imagine if all your meals were dried? l couldn’t imagine anything worse…

Great honest caring company
Great company, great staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and always take time to answer any questions I have, they are brilliant and dont just recommended products but take the time to ask about your pet and any concerns you have, I have used this company a few times now and will continue to use them my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner, would highly recommend this company to all pet owners they go above and beyond. ProDogRaw are a great company to deal with. They have great communication and are always on hand to support you and answer any questions you might have. Yes they might not be one of the cheapest brands on the market, but their food is of great quality. I started feeding my dogs ProDogRaw years ago now back when they did a trio bundle and I used to get 25kg plus £9.50 delivery and it still only came to £52. Boy how much things change lol 😂 but I still trust this company for providing the best nutrition for your dogs, even though it now costs me £151.99 for 25g. Their supplements are fantastic also. And they even sponsor a fly ball team at crufts each year. They also have so many flavours to choose from so if you’re looking for a complete, they have it. Or if you’re looking for an 80/10/10 they have it. Or if you’re looking for novel proteins, if your dogs have allergies to the normal common proteins, they have it. I have previously fed my dogs their Core bundle, sensitivity bundle, and now I’m feeding my current dogs their exotic bundle. Bundles work out better value but you can also make up your own box with the flavours of your choice. And now they have finally stayed with couriers that don’t deliver damaged boxes or tubs. So I can highly recommend ProDogRaw for everyone that wants the best for their dogs with all the hard work done for you.

Our dog was on Prodograw raw meat diet …
Our dog was on Prodograw raw meat diet in the first year of his life and then we switched to dry food he developed allergies per vet recommendations we had him on 5 Allergy Tablets per day and hypoallergenic/hydrolyzed diet his allergies only slightly improved, he was still biting and licking his paws, his ears were still red and itchy.So I decided to go back to a raw diet.Prodograw advice service was excellent!! They asked alot of questions regarding my dogs condition and they answered my emails very quickly and we're really helpful.No more allergy tablets and my dog loves his new diet from Prodograw exotic range, and on the advice given he has Protect Itch & Allergies as well.Its early days hopefully his condition will improve, as he continues with this new diet.He particularly likes venison and wild boar.!!!

Putrid meat and I'll dogs with no responsibility from company
Never had issues for years buying this product, however, we had a batch delivered for our dogs and it was defrosted. Blood everywhere. This has never happened before. We put it away and the smell was vile. We fed our 2 dogs this... Vomiting and diarrhoea from both of them. The smell of both the food and vomit are of the putrid smell of the meat, and only the meat comes back up. We have a newborn so it's not ideal.
My husband contacted them for a reply to say it's a gastro infection and not the putrid meat we received, and to feed them on dry kibble. This is not the case and absolutely the food being defrosted. They won't take responsibility for the faulty meat. Never had it delivered defrosted and putrid before.
Looks like we will be taking our custom elsewhere after years of buying from here

Sorry to hear about your recent experience. This is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold, and we understand how upsetting this must have been after years of being a loyal customer.
In your email to us over a week after delivery, you were concerned that the food arrived defrosted. It’s important to contact us straight away, so we can investigate and address it with our delivery partners, as this would indicate a delivery or handling issue.
You have advised that the food arrived in a putrid and defrosted state, and you fed it to your dogs. We absolutely would not recommend doing this. Your original correspondence did not state this and we would have most certainly stated this then.
Our nutritional advice was based on your guidance that the meat was partially defrosted, not putrid and our advice was to feed just bland, lean home-cooked food for a good few days and then if all is okay after 4-5 days, slowly start to introduce the leaner raw food again.
I hope this works to clarify any misconceptions and we would be more than happy to continue any nutritional support with you.
Please get in touch with us directly at support@prodograw.com with your order number and any photos or details of the affected batch so our quality assurance team can review it as a priority.
