Fabulous service
I contacted Prodog prior to putting an order in, owing to a few digestive issues my dog had and some concerns about switching her from kibble to raw.
I received an email reply straight away with very comprehensive help and advice. I ordered a bundle which arrived very quickly, on time and without any issues.
I switched my dog over to raw over the course of seven days and am incredibly glad I did. The difference in her is amazing. No stomach issues and more, glossy coat and no more itching. Thoroughly recommend the food and the company

Extremely Disappointed with Yodel…
Extremely Disappointed with Yodel Deliveries – Let Down Twice
I’ve been a happy customer of ProDog Raw for a while now – the food itself is fantastic, and my dog absolutely thrives on it. However, ever since the delivery service was changed from DPD to Yodel, my experience has gone downhill fast.
For the second time within 1 month a delivery has failed to arrive, leaving me without dog food just before the weekend. This is incredibly frustrating and stressful, especially when I rely on this food as a regular part of my dog’s diet. I had no such issues when deliveries were handled by DPD – they were reliable, timely, and professional.
It’s a real shame, because I genuinely like the product. But the ongoing problems with Yodel are making it difficult to continue as a customer. I strongly urge ProDog Raw to reconsider their choice of courier. A great product deserves a delivery service that customers can count on.

Time to change supplier!
Have been using Prodog for years but don't know what's happened recently but definitely going to be moving to another supplier. Changed their delivery service from DPD to Yodel. DPD always delivered in the mornings. Yodel deliver at 9pm! Food sat in a van in 30 degrees, arrived ruined. Had to be collected and returned. Received replacement next day, again at 9pm, part frozen/part defrosted, again in a van all day delivered at 9pm but couldn't be bothered complaining again. Spending £150+ on food every 3 weeks plus extra cost of supplements on top of this - expect much better service. Not sure what's happened as they were always superb...perhaps they have grown too large and safety standards have flown out the window! My dogs deserve better, not to be put at risk of spoilt food - time to find new supplier.

Quality food, supplements and customer service
I've been buying raw food for over a decade and have tried many brands. ProDog is by far the best consistency, packaging and a fair price. I buy the 80/10/10 pure bundle on a repeat subscription and add the Flexx joint support supplement every other time.
My dogs enjoy the variety of meats and the tubs are mess-free, stackable, recyclable packaging.
I recently ran out of the flexx and after 12 days my 10yr old dog started limping slightly on an arthritic foreleg joint. Within 2 days of restarting, her limp went. There's more ingredients in the Flexx than other joint supplements I've seen and tried, and my dogs like the taste of it.
The customer support team helped me quickly when a voucher didn't apply to the subscription
The only negative for this latest delivery was Yodel leaving it on my doorstep ignoring my safe place instructions and not sending proof of delivery. DPD used to be excellent

We already feed our adult Rhodesian Ridgeback on Pro-Dog so it made perfect sense to start our new Welsh Springer pup on their puppy food as well.

My dog is very fussy with his food and after trying several other brands which he turned his nose up at we found prodog raw. Game changer! Every meal finished and the bowl licked clean! Great that they do an offal free bundle too which takes a lot of the stress out of searching ingredients. Customer service is great also. Once we’ve used what we have I will be setting up a subscription.

I have been with Prodog raw for many…
I have been with Prodog raw for many years now. Not only the food is great but support you get goes a long way.
Our labrador struggles with digestive system and after many vet bills and trying different diet only prodog works right away . We decided to try supplement for milo now to make him feel even better and we are very excited to see his progress.
Alison was really friendly and answered any question I had right away.
I can't imagine swapping prodog for any other raw brand.
For us it's worth every penny.

Happy dog, happy customer.
I have been buying ProDogRaw for 18 months now, since we rehomed a little terrier in poor condition, whose start in life had not been the best.
I now have a subscription,so food from the Complete range is delivered every 2 months, to which I add the Repel supplement. I have also joined the Rawbellion group.
My dog is thriving on this diet. She eats enthusiastically and is visibly healthier in every way. The food looks good quality & fresh; it is easy to defrost, portion and serve. There is a good variety.
The deliveries have been faultless except for one occasion when the food was shown by the courier as being delivered, the proof being a photo of a front door which most definitely was not mine! After 4 hours on someone else’s doorstep the food was still in perfect condition when a neighbour kindly brought it round.
When I have needed to contact customer services I have found them to be polite, efficient and keen to help.
Also offered by this company is access to nutritional and behavioural advice via customer services, help and advice on the website, a FB group and the endorsement of a holistic vet.
All in all a good experience and one I intend to continue.

Always very helpful with any issues, and answer quickly. Our dogs have had their food and supplements for a number of years and our both happy and healthy. They are dalmatians so the no offal tubs make choosing very easy. It also means they have a few options to choose from, unlike other companies that offer a low purine option.

My dog loves prodog raw
My dog loves prodog raw. Have tried a couple others kinds but this is his definitely his favourite. He’s a fussy boy.
Had a few issues with deliveries recently due to it showing as being in the highlands. 15miles south of Aberdeen definitely isn’t the highlands!
Hoping the deliveries work out better as I can’t store 25kg of food & would hate to have to change supplier!

We completely understand your frustration around the delivery classification — you're absolutely right, 15 miles south of Aberdeen doesn’t feel like the Highlands! This change has come about since we moved to Yodel for frozen deliveries. Their 2-day delivery zones are mapped differently than our previous courier's, and unfortunately, some locations are now falling into extended transit areas that weren’t affected before.
We’re actively reviewing this with Yodel and pushing for better accuracy in how these regions are zoned. In the meantime, we know that the increased minimum order and delivery window can be difficult for customers like yourself, especially when storage is limited. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience Team — we’d be happy to talk through any workarounds or local options we might be able to offer in the short term.
