Have used Pro-Active now for a number of years and have never had a single problem.
All of the customer service team are polite and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile.
Cost is very competitive and drivers are always extremely polite and knowledgable.

The Interview - very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, was offered tea or coffee and given a bottle of water. Was interviewed by Craig Hyland, excellent customer service, he was friendly and polite and very welcoming, got the job straight away. Been working for Proactive Despatch for several months now, all the team are great, always paid on time and they are very friendly and professional always. Even if I cant do a job for them they are still friendly and polite and don't hold it against you. They are the most professional courier company I'm registered with. I'm shocked to see the racist review as I am Black African and English is my second language. Would defiantly recommend

Worst interview experience ever
Went to the interview 16/10/2018 interviewer the Operations Director Was me and a Polish guy and at the end of interview 1hr 20mins was told abruptly NEITHER of you guys are getting the van driver jobs 'to the polish guy BECAUSE YOU CAN'T SPEAk ENGLISH! Polish guy was furious outside saying he wants to sue this OPERATIONS Director! They talk about customer service and this is the service he gives to potential self employed drivers. If any of you want to discuss this with me please email I will fill you in. I was proper disgusted.
