Efficient and Courteous

The technician was able to come to the house on the same day as the request went through. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Friendly technician and he was fast to…

Friendly technician and he was fast to get the locks changed. He noticed some of my locks were installed upside down and fixed one of them, completely unprompted. I appreciate the attention and care taken in making my home more secure.

Poor customer service and fraud

I purchased an AC replacement through Frontdoor Pro in May. Now, almost October, the contractor they assigned, due to nonresponsiveness, failure to follow manufacturer guidelines, and outright incompotence, has yet to correctly install the system.

Frontdoor Pro has absolutely refused to assign a contractor willing - or able - to complete the job. I will be forced to find my own contractor to complete the work for which I paid Frontdoor Pro and will be pursuing legal action to recover the cost.

Do not use this company, for anything, ever.
