Worst contractor experience ever
I went through American Home Shield to use Frontdoor Pro to replace our HVAC system when it broke. It took over a month with 4 different in person visits from them that kept getting delayed a week at a time because they would bring the wrong parts. I have tried to get in contact with them after the fact and they will not respond to my emails or phone calls. I feel like I was scammed and would not trust this company to boil water, let alone fix anything in my house. Worst experience with any kind of contractor and would 100% not recommend.
