My husband and I have both consulted Dr. Copeman recently - we have found her to be a committed physician, always thorough, helpful and kind. We are both in advanced old age, and very much appreciated her pleasant demeanour which helped to make our visits enjoyable. We have been patients with Private GP Services for many years, seeing Drs. Pluck, Peck and Josson-McConnell on many occasions. We have always been very well looked after and treated professionally and with respect, and this applies to the Reception staff also. I saw Dr. Marit Dunn for my DVLA Group 2 Licence Medical that at my age has to be every year. She is very thorough, both in the examination and the DVLA form she has to wade through, taking due care not to miss a question that would inevitably lead the form being sent back as incomplete.
She has a friendly informal approach that puts you at ease. I have been attending Private GP Services and Dr. Dunn for my medical for the past 3 years. Support/clerical staff also very helpful etc., I cannot find anything negative to comment on about the service.

Myself and my family have been attending Springfield private Gp services for over 10 years.
I have been through so much in that timeframe and have had communications with dr peck, dr jossen, dr Daniel, and dr squire who has now retired.
I cannot think of anything negative to say, you are treated with 5 star care and compassion, patience, I can’t even count how many times they have gone above and beyond for me! I feel I have a great relationship with everyone here and it makes such a difference.
A special thanks to dr Dunn as she has helped me with a long term issue and she is so kind and compassionate, she investigates any issues to ensure she gives me the best care. She has supported me both physically and mentally through some of the most difficult situations in my life.
The receptionists are also the friendliest receptionists I have ever come across, a special thanks to Lauren, Jules and Sam because they have gone above and beyond for me multiple times and despite being so busy they still take the time to smile and see how I am!
Since covid I know things have been so tough and much busier but I have the upmost respect and trust for the whole of the practice.

I started using Private GP Services prior to the pandemic when it was already very difficult to see a doctor (mainly locums) at my NHS surgery and post pandemic I have given up trying.

I can arrange to see Dr Sibel Peck within a week or so and I am very happy to pay for the consultation as the diagnosis is always very clear and detailed and delivered by Dr Peck in a very courteous, friendly, considerate and, more importantly, unrushed manner. You definitely leave the surgery with the feeling that this doctor really does care about your well being.

For me, this is a return to the family doctor experience that an NHS surgery used to provide up until the 1990's.

It is regretful that this type of medical/healthcare interface can now only be acquired privately, but I do have peace of mind knowing that I am in good hands and you cannot put a price on that.

Accordingly I am very happy to recommend Private GP Services and Dr Peck in particular.
