I have been using Privacy for only a few months. I only use masked cards when other online payment methods are not available to me. I used a different company to do this until they shut down this function to improve services,but,after months of being unavailable,I really badly needed this function again,that's when I found Privacy! I only use an occasional masked card,with Privacy,there is NO or little cost to me for this use. It works great,I am so far very pleased with Privacy & recommend it for other folks who need this very important function for online use.

Every damn month there is a failed transaction because they “detected insufficient funds”. Which is of course bullshit. And it is not their job to “detect” anything, but to run the damn transaction. If the bank rejects it (it won’t), so be it. Always complaining about “out of date bank connection”. Which is of course absurd - I update it nearly every month. I’m done with these clowns.

Highly recommend this service even with free account to anyone who would like hide their payment information as private while Privacy will give you entire legal tools to do it. So far so good and I am over 1 year user. This company is legit and even free account is very useful.

Really reliable and easy to use.

The process for setting up your account is a little slow, but you can really tell it’s secure! I like how I can set my subscriptions to a specific card and setting a limit so that it cannot overcharge and I can cancel the card at any time. Cards are so easy to set up and use! It gives me a lot of confidence in keeping my identity safe.

This app/service provides me a way to limit my financial exposure when buying products online. I use them for so much. Online shopping is troublesome and I have had multiple cards get compromised. This finally gives me a way to find the bad retailers and has freed me up to buy more online with less overall fear of my accounts getting used where they were never allowed. I have really breathed a sigh of relief after hearing about this service and bringing it to my life. Cannot recommend enough.

They absolutely suck for privacy standards. They ask for wayyy too much info to sign up, double, triple, and quadruple verification's to create cards. Just overall a hassle to work with, and if they do let you create cards half the time they decline your transactions. What an absolute mess. Their website is cute I guess.

I do not have any personal credit cards so I rely on Privacy.com to manage my online purchases and subscriptions. I like that I can put limits on transactions so that unexpected charges are declined, and that I can put cards on hold or create a new one for a one-time purchase. Very happy with the product.

I recently experienced a data breach and had to close my bank account and open a new one. Once I finished at my bank, I simply changed the funding source of my Privacy.com, and all my automated accounts were updated in one step! I had paid my insurance right before I found out about the breach, and Privacy.com covered me so the payment didn't bounce then took it from my new account a few days later. I was not expecting that level of service! I'm a Privacy.com customer for life!

Best tool for keeping finances in check and for feeling more confident when purchasing on the web — you don’t have to worry about your credit card number getting stolen. Been using privacy for a while now and never had a complaint.
