I love Privacy.com! It is a great product. My son told me about it. It is a wonderful and safe alternative to using your debit card or credit card while online shopping. It is so easy to use. The single use virtual cards are perfect for those times when you don’t want to use your debit card or credit card for online purchases.

I reached out to Privacy.com because I needed higher spending limits for a large, one-time business purchase (~$25,000). I was clear from the very beginning about my needs and timeline. Instead of telling me they couldn’t help, they strung me along—insisting I open a business account, making me go back and forth for days, and even pushing me to spend 90 minutes on the phone with the IRS to get a form no other bank or vendor has ever requested.

And after all that? They gave me the same generic rejection they could have sent on day one.

They completely ignored the context I gave them. Their support rep gave robotic responses and showed zero regard for the time I invested trying to do this the right way. I was transparent, patient, and cooperative—and got nothing but canned replies and ultimately a flat-out dismissal.

Privacy.com is not equipped to handle real business needs. I’ll be moving all current and future spending to a better platform as soon as I find an alternative—and I’ll be sharing this experience on every platform that lets people know what to expect.

Privacy.com has a great user interface and customer support, making it very easy to manage numerous virtual cards. Privacy.com is an essential tool for anyone who values their financial privacy and security. Thank you Privacy.com!

This app/service is perfect!

stared trading in June 2025 with Fintiwall Pro applied over 6 weeks ago for a drawdown, Still waiting I read afterwards a revue that said it was a scam i should have taken note. Also I get around to calls a weeks from them and as I answer they hang up. weird.
BEWARE

Funny how this company is about privacy....when you try to link your account, they use a THIRD PARTY (notice the shift in liability). Then they say that when you link your account "you agree to share BALANCE information of your account[S]". I tried to call the company to request clarification. You get a voice mail immediately. Chat "support" is a BOT, even when you ask for a human. This is a business you want to have access to your bank accounts????

I recommend Privacy for EVERYONE. If you use the internet and make purchases you need privacy. If you have kids that you need to hand over a card to you should use privacy. Business Owners that need to purchase and track subscriptions and free trials. This is the best service ever.

Free service is great!

The basic services they give for free are fantastic. I've been using them for half a year now. Prevent companies from tracking your credit card, and prohibit surprise fees or auto renewal companies try to nickel and dime you with.

- Today I canceled a streaming subscription that tried to automatically renew above the original promotional price. Privacy sent me a notification of their failed transaction because it was above the limit I set on the card for that subscription.
- A few months ago I used on a hotel laundry service so they didn't get direct access to my main card.
- I used it for a one time ever charge for computer software
- You can even use it for a PayPal account when businesses or services require one.

Set your card amount to a monthly limit, yearly limit, total limit, or a one time use limit. I've got money back on refunds from errors fixed by incorrect charges too.

Your service has just successfully operated. It is simple to use and set up, allowing users to quickly restore the original service or proceed with payments.

The ultimate privacy of buying things online without your real name and address being attached. Also good for managing subscription services by having individual cards tied to them. A+

This service is a MUST in this current day and time. I'm soo happy to be able to use it on the as needed. It has been huge for me in many different occasions.

Very easy to use, merchant locked virtual cards mean I don't have to worry as much about my card getting stolen online and used all over.

The onboarding process is an absolute disaster. I connected my bank, provided my SSN, provided my ID, and they still wanted more stuff for verification. Eventually, after a two week process of trying to approve my account they wrote me to tell me that my Mail that I provided as proof of residence was two old. Lmao, I tried, but this place is apparently run by Fort Knox. Can't review their service because their onboard process is ab absolute joke. I'm just going to use one of their competitors, what a pain in the @$$.

No trouble with transactions (so far). Helpful service, especially when sending money out to be used for specific purposes only.
