FRAUD WEBSITE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM This fake website - i ordered a top on the 20/12 and even though it is the 10/01 it still apparently " processing " when it should have arrived on the 4/01 - I have opened up a ticket to them on the 2/01 and remains unanswered + 09.01 I have raise another ticket and this also remains unanswered + I have wrote an email to the support team this morning … again unanswered - I have come to the realisation that the website isn't real and the items don't actually arrive and is fake. this was ordered as a Christmas present but i know they wont send it - WNAKERS!

I had ordered a shirt for my boyfriend's Christmas on the 9th of December, from this website specifically because their delivery was supposed to be between the 18th and the 23rd of December. The shirt arrived today, 5th of January. I understand Xmas is a busy period but why advertise some delivery dates that can't be achieved? Other than that, the shirt is nice and the price is excellent, I'd have given a 5 star rating if it didn't arrive over two weeks late :/

I find this very scary as if you look a thier own page they have excellent reviews which certainly doesn’t reflect what you get. Unfortunately for me I was lead by thier claimed trust pilot reviews and brought a very tacky undersized tee shirt with no way of getting a refund! Stay away from them it’s a joke. A quick money making website!!!

First off, my order never appeared on their online tracking, so after a week of having no idea if they even had my order, I opened a ticket to get an update. Printerval took several days to even respond to that but they said it had been processed and a tracking link was sent to me. This was not for Printerval though (I still have no tracking on their website), it was the shipping company website tracking link. Several days passed, and nothing changed - it seemed my items were still waiting to be shipped. Back to support - who claimed things were moving in the background (not actually moving physically to me), and tracking would update in the next few days. Also they said it could take another 15 DAYS to get to me.
My order, placed in November, for Xmas jumpers may not even start travelling to me until JANUARY!
Their site claims a max of 20 DAYS to deliver, not start shipping - and after 20 days, my items are still in China waiting to be processed.
Given the site makes every effort to make you think they are UK based, I didn't see this was shipping from China until the tracking info came through - a most decietful practice.
I won't use them again and
at this point I have decided to pursue a refund. I may need to go through my bank though, as they have very specific returns and refund policies which heavily restrict how and when refunds will be agreed.

I've read a response from 'Printeval.com' to the review I gave yesterday, they Obviously Don't take responsibility for their VERY POOR service, whilst waiting for my order to be delivered I regularly kept trying to track my order using the tracking system they suggested & had in place during my 13 Day wait, But that NEVER Helped either, so PLEASE! 'Printeval' start taking your customer order's Seriously!! in future
