If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a printed mug as a Christmas present. After five days of hearing nothing I contacted them. I got an automated reply offering me a 5% discount on future purchases. After ten days I cancelled the order, still nothing. Finally I contacted PayPal who immediately refunded me. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

Avoid at all costs, shocking company, delivery late, crap quality item, promised refund but no sign of it!

Terrible decision to order from this company. Ordered t shirt two weeks ago just getting fob off messages on their site . Don’t buy. Use Amazon next time

It was the wrong product that I ordered. Been very satisfied with my prior orders. But this one is totally wrong. I want my money back ASAP. You really screwed up.

A one star is too much for this company . Do not use . I ordered a shirt over two weeks ago it’s not arrived . No customer service another Chinese rip off . Please can we do something about blocking this company !!!! Repeat do not use

Never received merchandise. Never refunded

All ”in stock” claims are fake. After you make a purchase and pay for it, they tell you it’s not in stock and offer some other variant of the product or something else, good luck getting your money back if you already ordered.

First off do not order from here!!! I was charged an other fee after I paid. When they were contacted I was told that's a gateway fee. This wasn't on there at checkout. Next I told them to cancel my order and they basically said no and closed my ticket. I got my order today. Haven't even opened it, would love to send back and get my money refunded. Awful awful awful. Poor customer service, and extremely dishonest. Do not order from here they will scam you iut of 20 extra dollars for a other fee. I'll write as many reviews as I can all over to spread the word! My guess a tariff fee we want to call something else.

Trying to be fair to Printeval: I ordered 3x t-shirts with obscure logos/graphics. They all arrived in one package and are as requested. The delivery did take 3-4 weeks but I think the items came from overseas, and, as mentioned, they were quite obscure logos (the t-shirts were copying what I've seen characters in old movies wearing (alien, brad pitt movie, napoleon dynamite movie). I had read other reviews of Printeval and had written off my money, but to be fair, I'm pleasantly surprised and would urge other folks to give Printeval a chance ;-)

Ordered a gift for my partner a week before Valentines Day, paid an extra £25 to have the item specially made and delivered on the 13th of February, so postage cost more than the actual item, no communication at all from seller and item arrived (from somewhere in Asia) almost 2 weeks late, Disgusting service, fraudulent postage options will NEVER use this company again, avoid like the plague

Delivery took approx 5 weeks.
Quality is terrible. The T-shirt sizing on the website is for Gildan T-shirts but the t-shirts supplied are poor quality copies of Gildan so the sizes are all wrong.
Save your money and completely avoid this utter junk.

I waited 3 weeks for my order. They sent the wrong item. I have contacted them and have not received a requested refund nor the correct item. I would never recommend this company.

It's been 18 days, My package was labeled.
It's closer to you that is me. I have asked three times for a refund because the celebration is long over.

Ganz mieser Service. Die machen Werbung, dass sie auf Reklamationen innerhalb von 12 Stunden antworten. Mittlerweile warte ich über eine Woche. Ich wollte nur den Pullover in einer anderen Größe haben und den falschen zurück schicken. Ich überlege ob ich über Paypal einen Fall aufmache.

Promised a refund.........still waiting
One week on from being promised a refund, 16 emails since 26th December, 4 letters, 2 open support tickets and one complaint ticket and still not a single response. Please confirm when I will receive my refund. All the details are in support ticket number #1143556 / order ref UK1498884.

No customer service at all - 15 emails, 4 letters, 2 support tickets and a complaint ticket - not one single response. They clearly do not give a damn about their unhappy customers so simply choose to ignore them. Do yourself a favour and keep well clear from this terrible, awful company

AVOID!!!
I ordered the item 6th December and it still hasn’t arrived. Numerous emails, messages and whatsapps sent, no reply to anything. I’ve requested a refund many times which has been ignored. I’m now starting legal proceedings to get my money back. Avoid the stress. Don’t buy from these random online companies.

SCAMMERS Received a mug in the mail that I did not order and do not want. tried to contact the company. Phone answered and then went blank… over and over again

Ordered 28 Nov arrived 07 Jan. I deleted my original review as the order tracking was not good and gave me the impression it was a scam. However, the item arrived (Xmas gift for son) he loves it, decent quality t shirt, excellent print. Would use the company again but probably not at Xmas, especially if wanting it for a gift.
