Printed Solid Arvostelua 8

My package went to a different address on a different unknown road in the delivery photo. It helped that they got the wrong house number in the photo. They helped in replacing the order so i can be Nicholas the toymaker all day until chistmas.

I have 4 "F-Box" filament drying systems I bought from the original vendor. Printed Solid bought the product line, and has started selling their version. The biggest issue is that the gaskets are too small, and the boxes won't seal. The latches are loose. The web photos all show 3 (filled) desiccant containers. The new ones ship empty, which they tell you, and that's no big deal. Because the originals came with only two desiccant packs, I asked, and was told they ship with two. I also asked if extras were available (they are not). Mine came with ONE desiccant container. I've contacted support, sent them photos of the gasket issue, and asked if I could just get a proper gasket to fix the one I have. The response from customer support was basically that they have no plans to fix the gasket problem. It's bad enough that they don't ship with enough desiccant containers to be useful (and don't sell extras). If they go on selling filament drying boxes that don't seal, when they KNOW there is a problem, that's inexcusable.

Totally untrustworthy company that removes valid bad reviews on products. This is not the first complaint about this. Any response saying they had a computer error is a lie since they only removed the bad reviews. Steer clear of this joke of a company and go with a completely different supplier.

I've used Printed Solid a number of times over the last few years. There was an issue with a recent order and they promptly resolved things. There was no back and forth trying to hassle me. A great customer experience all around.

Doesn't reply to emails. Emailed 4/11/25 and 4/16/25, no replies. Has replied in the past. Out of business? Will update if I hear back.

Pretty great filament. If you enjoy printing and care less about color, their transition rolls are $16 and are a hidden gem. Inexpensive but not cheap, Jessie filament has been the only filament that has (accounting for my slicing errors) printed perfectly well each time for under $20. I've always had good ship times and they throw a piece of candy in there too. My personal favorites are the vanilla bean and the Ice series, which can be stringy.

It seems that they curate their reviews. Negative product reviews seem to just vanish, so I assume that is what is happening. This is a really bad business decision, in my opinion, and is the reason for the 2 star rating. In other ways, I have had a good experience with them, and I would have rated them higher.

Jessie filament is great. Shipping is fast and free if you buy around 3 rolls of filament and live in the US. Site works well too and haven't had any issues.
