My appointment with PrimeMedic was very smooth and hassle-free. The doctor was extremely understanding, supportive, and caring. They took the time to make a complex presentation feel clear, well organised, and easy to manage. I also really appreciated the follow-up checks to make sure I was satisfied and to offer further support if needed. Overall, I felt well cared for throughout the whole process and would highly recommend PrimeMedic.

Lovely doctor
The doctor was lovely and she even called me back after my appointment (after I re-tried the number) because I had noticed my infection was further along than first thought, and modified the treatment.

About the subjects u all have 2 offer
I think service is very good 4 people who are not well enough to go to there own doctor & weekends, also many times my partner & I have used this service & we are very satisfied, the doctors are good & even the receptionist is nice, thankyou so much Prime Medics.

Great service to have for after hours…
Great service to have for after hours care. Response was quick, though the actual telehealth did take 2 hours. Day after follow up phone call was provided and medical certificate attached to service.
