Primelifeclinic Arvostelua 

I’m at the start of my TRT, having had my first dose today. I’d had my bloods done via a different company but they were so slow, impersonal, and unresponsive, about arranging the follow up that I looked around for other options. Dan was excellent, quick to reply and open about sharing his experience which went a long way to putting my mind at rest about what is a big step. He, Simon, and Dr Bruecker, have all been great and answered all my questions. Based on my experience so far I would recommend them to anyone considering it with no hesitation.

Amazing start to my TRT journey thanks to Dan, Simon and Dr Klaus. After reading up on forums i had chosen to go with Prime life from the positive feedback and i can say with confidence i made the right decision. Full on support right from the first call made me feel comfortable about any worries i have had initially. Looking forward to the future.

Reached out to Dan after a disappointing experience elsewhere. I provided my blood tests and a Dr consult was booked a couple of days later.

I had a really good conversation regarding the positives and risks and what I hoped to achieve from the treatment. Prescription was issued later the same day.

First coaching session with Dan was superb. Really efficient meeting and clear instructions provided. He answered all my self researched queries and took me through the first two injections which were painless.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Prime Life. After contacting many clinics about starting TRT, I found PrimeLife to be the most attentive and knowledgeable. Dan and DR Klaus have been great! Would recommend to anyone considering TRT

Having dealt with one a the “big” trt companies in the past and not having the best experience, I tried Prime Life Clinic and it was such a different experience (in a good way!)
I first had a phone call from Dan who discussed with me the services Prime Life offer and I then arranged the 2 blood tests. After getting the results back and confirmation of low testosterone I had an appointment with Dr Bruecker. He was excellent and listened to me, and the service was first class. I got my prescription which was delivered in 2 days, then I had a further instructional appointment with Dan which was again excellent.
The service is much more personal and so easy. The price is so much better as well-you pay a lower monthly fee then only pay for the medication you actually use. This is different to some other companies who charge a set amount regardless of your dosage, so if you are on a low dosage you pay far more over the course of a year. I would definitely recommend Prime Life Clinic.

Superb. I was with a very well known company who advertise a lot for around 10 months and I felt less like a patient and more like someone to be upsold to. It was becoming awful and transparent.

Checked Reddit and saw Primelife recommended a few times so thought I would give them a call. I learned more about TRT from Dan in a free 15 minute chat than i ever did with the other company. That made my mind up. There was zero pressure or sales pitch; it was just honest, decent advice whixh i really appreciated.

Dan really knows his stuff and is full of helpful advice and tips should you need it. He’s a great advert for the company and the treatment.

They are a lot cheaper but that wasn't my main consideration. I found the doctor attentive and medically astute. It felt more like chatting to a doctor than someone buying something from Curry’s or Amazon.

I’m now on less things, my treatment more individualised and I’m starting to feel the benefits.

Don’t hesitate. Move over to them and thank me later. I couldn’t envisage ever moving to another company because I genuinely feel that they care about me and my physical welfare.

Absolutely great service. I got my bloods done from a different clinic who told me that my testosterone levels were low but then it just seemed like they were after my money and not really invested in my journey. So, I asked ChatGPT to direct me to a clinic that will tick all my boxes in terms of customer service, fair pricing and results and it referred me to Prime Life Clinic and I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.
From the initial chat with Dan, to the customer service provided by Simon and Martin and then to my consultation with Dr Klaus, it’s all been fantastic and very personalised.

Dan talked me through my initial injection and let me tell you, I was NERVOUS, but he made me feel at ease, talked me through everything thoroughly and the icing on the cake was that the intramuscular injection didn’t hurt one bit.

I was going to post a review after the initial customer care that I got from this clinic but I thought I’d wait a few weeks till I started seeing results.

So, I’m 3 weeks in and my mood and my libido has improved significantly (my girlfriends extremely happy right now lol)

I train 4 times a week and I eat clean but previously I was struggling to lose my stubborn belly fat, but now, already I’m lifting more weights and my belly seems slimmer.

Overall, I’m seeing extremely positive changes in all aspects in my life and I can’t thank Prime life enough for getting me back on track :)

I came across Prime Life Clinic by chance while searching the internet for clinics, and I noticed that many have a cookie-cutter approach. From my very first interaction with the operations manager, Simon, it was clear that they prioritise customer care and genuinely want to help men. I communicated with Simon for nearly three months, exchanging emails and phone calls where he was always willing to assist with any queries I had.

Eventually, I decided to take the leap and had a fantastic, well-informed consultation with Dr. Bruecker. His level of service was exceptional, and I quickly realized that he genuinely had my best interests at heart; it was never about making money as a priority. He presented me with options and allowed me the freedom to make the right decision for myself.

On the day of my coaching call with Dan, once I had all the supplies and medication ready, the process was completely effortless. Dan was kind, considerate, and professional, addressing all my questions and alleviating my concerns. Everything was explained step by step, and by the end of the call, I felt confident in my ability to administer the treatment.

This is my true and honest review, and I want to emphasise that it is not biased in any way. I believe this company deserves recognition for their outstanding service. If you do your research, you will see that Prime Life Clinic truly stands out from the rest.

New to TRT and PrimeLife Clinic have made the entire process seamless, From initial communication, through to bloods, meeting with the doctor and post coaching and advice. It has been fantastic, in particular Dan who has been incredibly supportive and very pro-active, extremely knowledgeable also. I know I am in safe hands with these guys, and i do feel incredibly positive now when it comes to my outlook on life and wellbeing. In short, its been excellent so far.

Prime Life have been great so far. Customer service has been brilliant, any query answered super quickly. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent service. Thought and care given in the consultation with Dan over the phone, with relevant information given along with answers to any questions. No pressure at all to proceed, allowing full understanding before committing. Dr Bruecker gave view based on evidence and I felt his approach was genuinely to get the best results for me. I had previously began TRT enquiries with another provider but it felt like it was all rushed into buying the subscription via email and given the most costly option without explaining what or why I was prescribed particular package. From what I’ve experienced so far, I would recommend Primelifeclinic.

NHS blood test came back with low testosterone result (10.5 nmol/l). I was very symptomatic (foggy heads plus the usuals!). I was recommended Primelife by a friend who is using them.
It's 5 stars from me. Initial consultation call was informal, informative and excellent (thanks Dan).
Second blood test to confirm and then consultation with the Dr who clearly explained the pros/ cons/ risks etc.
Prescription sorted immediately and i was able to order TRT.
Given a comprehensive list of items required to self administer.
An excellent consultation on how to decant and administer and i have now started my TRT.
Foggy head is clearing and starting to be reborn!
I cannot fault anything. Clear process, friendly, supportive, and pretty quick once the ball was rolling.

Great service from start. Would highly recommend to others (and I have). Dan was a great sense of support as I came into this service and was the final deciding factor after looking at a few services. It’s to early to review any changes in how I feel as I am only at the point of obtaining my prescription, will update that at a later stage. Great experience so far, accepted my nhs bloods which saved me a lot of money when coming onto treatment. plenty of support from the staff who are on TRT themselves so know exactly how your feeling and not just a doctor telling you they know how you feel when they clearly don't have a clue. outstanding experience so far!
