Scammers they took monthly money for like 5 month while I didn’t make an subscription

Hi I am a new customer with Primal. I had a small issue that was almost resolved as soon as my email was sent. They took there time too respond with my issue professionally and helped me achieve my issues with more support then I could have asked for. They were so kind to the point they offered more then what I can hope for. The toothbrushes I have purchased recently have been the best investment to myself and my health. I will now be purchasing my toothbrushes with Primal instead of buying cheap plastic brushes that contains millions of microplastics each use. Thank you again Primal for the kind and helpful support. I've been brushing with the rotating heads electric plastic toothbrushes for the last decade. Had periodontal disease which I kept in check by brushing 6-8 minutes every time, and once a week using soap instead of toothpaste. For the last couple of months before I received my Primals brush, I was also fighting a yeast infection in my mouth, that just kept coming back whenever I finished the medication, and that was what prompted me to make the switch.

Within a week of using Primals, the yeast infection went away, without medication. I haven't had to brush my teeth with soap in over three weeks, and they still feel as clean as after a visit to the dentist. The slight but persistent infection in my gums around my lower front teeth is gone, and flossing doesn't hurt anymore. I brush for 2 minutes, and my teeth are just as clean as what used to require 6-8 minutes. My ears don't ring when I'm done brushing, which I suspect is due to the low emf. I'm using about 1/4 the amount of chapstick that I used to.
I also got the copper tongue scraper, and my tongue hasn't been this pink since I was a teenager.
I didn't charge the toothbrush before I started using it, and I still haven't, three weeks later.
The plastic toothbrushes were always slightly damp between the bottom of the brushes, which I suspect didn't help the yeast infection. Whenever I pick up the Primals, it's bone dry, all the way in between the brushes.

Primals seems to be a good company to patronize. They have a product that is very effective at doing its' job. The boar bristle brushes surprised me at how well they really perform. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness with which the brush left my teeth. The boar bristles were much stiffer than a plastic brush for sure. I had no evidence of the natural bristles shedding during use. It's going to take me a bit to acclimate to the bamboo as it's dry feeling while brushing. All in all a good, solid, well made product.

It took a while to receive my order but they were very transparent in letting me what was going on. I love my toothbrush heads. They fit on my Sonicare electric toothbrush perfectly. It takes some getting used to the wood shaft while brushing but will take nontoxic materials over plastic. I’ve only had one bristle loosen and nothing since. The jury is out regarding the toothpaste tablets. Whitening is important to me and we’ll see how it does with more use.

Just feels better and cleaner than my previous brush head replacement.

I like the option of getting away from plastics. The horse hair has been great so far. My teeth feel much cleaner.

The brush heads are great. Not only is the boar hair a great natural product but it has stiffer bristles like toothbrushes once had! That is an extra plis.

I was a bit skeptical at first but was soon surprised at just how great it feels to have something else in my mouth besides plastic.

I cancelled an order that I was unaware would take a lot longer period than expected, the support team instantly offered a refund and did so promptly and professionally.

I was so happy to find your healthy lifestyle products online. The Primals toothbrush is a great way to support my present health goal of eliminating microplastics from my life. I had used bamboo handled non-plastic bristle tooth brushes from Zero Waste; used them for 6 years or so. Last year my dentist recommended I use a powered tooth brush; I have been using a Phillips Sonicare but did not like it. The Sonicare used plastic brush inserts and brushed too strongly for me. So... Primals offer of a different powered experience (I hoped) coupled with non-plastic brush inserts was twice attractive. So far I am very pleased

Purchased the firmer boar product. Comparable service life to be determined but will say the post brush finish feels better than the original plastic heads. One thing to note is the Primal heads may not be the same length as your plastic head, if the primals are longer brush may not fit in case if one came with your brush.
