Good service
Used Prima Leisure a few times for parts, it is good to be able to see a picture of the part so you can be sure of ordering the correct item. The wooden slats I ordered were too long but it was no trouble to cut them to the correct length. Ordering process is easy and delivery was a couple of days. Very satisfied.

Prima kept me touch with availability of my ordered products and sent them to as soon as they became available - in fact ahead of their projected time. They also promptly refunded me for an item that was unavailable in a reasonable time frame. Very impressed. Will use Prima again

The fact that I paid for the quick delivery and the part, which was in stock, wasn’t dispatched until I phoned to ask where it was, knocks the rating down, plus I found the parts list hard to navigate, but of course that might have been my error
